To Whom It May ********* had a terrible experience with Bakkers, a dry cleaner in *******. They ruined my vibrant blue *********************** pants, which were hard to find. Despite claiming to prioritize customer service, they didn't address concerns or reach out when they couldn't find a care label.When I picked up my pants, they were still stained, and my vibrant pants were faded, worn, and had patchy discoloration. Bakkers even heat sealed their scanning label onto my pants without permission.When I complained, they were defensive and blamed the designer. Other cleaners confirmed Bakkers negligence. I seek fair compensation for restoring my pants to their original condition.Thank you for your time and consideration.Customer response
