      Your first customer service member that i spoken with this morning around 9 am was rude and disrespectful on the phone. She was trying to teach me how to pronounce the word ******** and I told her that English is not my first language, she hang up on my face Saddly.

      I tried to buy **************** but ******** sent me defective devices, The ******** technician advice me to return the defective equipment to ******** Store at: *************************************, The store manager asked to pay restocking fees and so I did paying cash, The **************** was canceled in good terms but after that ******** started charging my bank account for several months after I found out about the fraud I contacted ******** company and disputed the charges to ******** charges but the staff don't want to refund my money (to the present day and going on) because I never had a customer pin number, I've been contacting ******** business to get my $139.03 Dollars back from ******** for the last 3 months, ******** staff agreed to refund my money but they lied and one staff member " Catharine" ( Spanish speaking staff member lied saying that ******** owes me $44. Dollars only, I have been contacting ******** by phone and at their local ******** store in Racine Wi but they made up their mind steal my money unless any of the government consumers protection agencies can help me to get my money I received from my social security benefits, If there are any laws that protect the consumers and tax payers; Please help to get my money back.       I upgraded my daughters phone with a customer service rep over the phone. Placed the order, payment made, shipping address confirmed. 2/18/2024. The order was shipped the next day.On 2/20 the first attempt was made for delivery. Again 2/21 2nd attempt made. 2/22 third and final attempt made to deliver phone and internet router. After the 2nd attempt I went online to *** to change delivery date but there was a $11.99 charge which I refused to pay. My issue is this, when my address was verified, why wasn't I told a signature of someone 21 and older would be required? If I had been told, I would've had the phone sent to my job. The day of the last attempt, I moved a patient in my schedule so I could leave work early to try to catch *** and still didn't make it home in time. When I called mobile today to resolve the issue, I was told my money would be refunded within 30 days and it is suggested to go into a mobile store to buy the phone. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I said can't you contact my local store to see if they have the phone? It's already been paid for. The response was my hands are tied. I have been with SPRINT now ******** for 22 years and this is the resolution I get? Spend more money util I get my refund. What if I am not able to do so? This is unacceptable.

      Terrible! Bad ***************** their modem would not work with my older computer. They gave me 14 days to return the modem within that time frame, which I did, and they would not charge me. They INSIST on charging me $50.00 because I cannot provide a 7-digit PIN. What PIN? I refuse to pay them anything. They should have asked me for my computer's make, model, and year. They would have realized that their modem would not be compatible if they had. And I would not be in this position of owing $50.00 for something that does not work.

      You can chat with a ******** representative and they can promise you anything but when you go into the store there are no records of the conversation on the account and all they say is Im sorry. I also turned in a WiFi box and they kept charging me. Only gave one star because I couldnt give no stars. They cant tract chats.

      Service was good while I had sprint and then noticed a few minor changes once ******** stepped in. I have since switched carriers and have paid off all remaining balances on my plan and phone so I can transfer my phone and number to my new provider. The day of the switch I was told I need to wait 72 hours for the phone to be unlocked, okay I understand that. After 5 days the phone was still locked so I needed to purchase a new one, which I wasnt expecting to do. I then called ******** again and was told its in the process and another 72 hours was needed. So I waited again and had sent the old phone to a third party for purchase in hopes it would be unlocked by the time it arrive. This all happened on 12-30-23 and is still continuing today 2-9-24. I have called several times and keep getting the run around about unlocking the phone. At this point I have been promised 3 times it would be unlocked within 72 hours, well its been nearly 50 days. I own a phone that I can do nothing with because ******** isnt unlocking the **** number and the payment contract and I have receipts showing proof of payment and all their conversations with me are recorded proving that as all. ******** is basically stealing my personal property which has no more connection to them as a company. Its making me select at least one star for a review but they deserve none for customer service

      I HAVE CALLED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT MY CELL SERVICE IN SEVERAL AREAS. I ASKED TO BE OUT OF MY CONTRACT THEY SAID SORRY. PAY OUT YOUR CONTRACT AND YOU CAN LEAVE. IT IS SAD BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY ARE THE BEST THEY ARE THE FASTEST THEY HAVE THE MOST COVERAGE. THEY HAVE GONE DOWN HILL THE LAST COUPLE YEARS .

      I signed up for their "free" wireless service, the guy who signed me up said I had 25 gigs of data but I could update to unlimited if I called so I did immediately. The guy who answered told me to call back in 7 days then I should be upgraded and not to worry because I had 25 gigs of data, I did that then ran out of data after 6 gigs.I called to find out why I ran out after 6 gigs and the woman who answered started yelling at me. I asked her not to yell at me as I was being calm with her, she apologized then started yelling at me again, as if I did something wrong for asking a question then she pretty much cut me off when I again asked her not to yell at me, told me to wait 4 more days and hung up on me so hard I didn't get a chance to do their after call survey.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
