I am enrolled in the Dupixent patient assistance program. Amerisourcebergen has had months to process my annual recertification for the program. I sent them my application a long time ago. I called them at ************ on 10-13-22 for an update. I was transferred to dead air and then a minute later, a survey came on the line. I then faxed Amerisourcebergen but received no response. I called Amerisourcebergen today, 10/20/22. They said they received paperwork from the doctor's ****** on 10/11/22. Alarmingly, Amerisourcebergen had done nothing with it yet. I am supposed to take Dupixent on 10/24/22. If Amerisourcebergen won't have Theracom send out a new dosage to receive by 10/23/22, then Amerisourcebergen needs to send it out itself.*************************** with AmerisourceBergen said I could e-mail her with issues, but the e-mail bounced. *****************************************Initial Complaint

I have been trying to get a refund for my medication for over 4 months now and every time, I am told to be patient and they are slowly working towards resolving the problem. At first the therapy coordinator I was working with left the job without transferring my information to the new coordinator. This meant that I had to send all the paperwork again. And then, every time I tried to get information about the case, I was given many reasons as to why there was a delay. It has now been 4 months since all the paperwork was sent again; the receipts have approved but I still have not received the refund. I have been emailing them every 2 weeks for a update and every time Im asked to be patient. When I asked for information to make a complaint, I am told that info has been forwarded to the manager and they will call you and follow up. I have yet to be hear from this manager. I would just like my refund for my medication without the run around.
