March 25 was the date of the order We had exchanged emails of the right rotors and brake pads that were needed and once I installed them I had issues with my steering wheel. I thought it was not the brake pads or rotors, I thought it needed a tire balance. After that still nothing and I advised brake pads of the issue as well and they recommended the same thing which was done and still the same issue my steering wheel shakes.I went to a ****** dealer and got parts replaced on my car and still the same issue. I went to multiple mechanics and they advise the brake pads and rotors are not for my car and may be defective. I advised buy brakes once again and they want me to show them a dial indicator of the hub which will cost me about $300 which makes absolute not sense when the wrong parts were sent. I been in exchange emails of how absurd that is and no response back. Ever since replacing my brake pads and rotors my vehicle has issues and I believe it caused more issues on my car and now I need to spend $300 to get a warranty or refund which basically means I get about $100 back since I would need to pay for shipping I am assuming. There is no communication back for them and seeking assistance for a refundInitial Complaint

I bought brakes from this company on 9-13 23. Order number *******. The vehicle was totaled in an accident so I requested to return the items. They accepted return on brake pads only. I returned them and they received them in January 24. I have not received refund and when I call they shuffle me on hold and I get no responseCustomer response

In August 11 I purchased a set of rear brake pads from this company. NRS Brakes NS1053A Premium Galvanized Disc Brake Pad Set. They arrived about a week later and I installed the part on August 24. Immediately following the install I noticed a major squeal coming from my rear brakes. I was unable to use my car for over a week while I waited for a replacement part. The replacement was supposed to be delivered between august *****, however, did not arrive until September 5. Due to this, I was forced to purchase locally as I needed to use my car. In replacing the defective pad, I noticed damage to my rotor, which subsequently meant I had to replace my rotor as well. When I reached out to buy brakes to request a refund for the defective part & even after advising the additional damage their part caused to other parts of my vehicle, they refused a refund and offered a replacement. I declined the replacement as I needed my car operational.Initial Complaint
