      Got homeowners from them starting July 7, 2023 purchased the house on July 27th,2023. Never received anything from this company until September 5,2023 of the policy being terminated on October 1st. Having home owners in the past I have always received a deadline to fix whatever problem they had. Now knowing that it was 20 days between covering the home and me purchasing the house if they did send anything by mail it wasnt gonna be delivered to the house, but they had a cell phone number and e-mail on file and never reached out about anything. Also they arent giving us a chance to fix the issues they are just dropping the coverage. Also called this morning and got an attitude from the woman answering the phone, when this was the only time I have talked to them about said issue.

      I called them to tell them that I will not be renewing my homeowners insurance with them back in October and I went with Allstate.They kept sending me bills for $98.00 penalty to pay and I received another bill today.I called and I spoke with someone who told me that I should pay it but I called before and was told not to pay.The policy number was Sh10036236 from 10/13/2021 to 10/13/2022;and I paid for the whole policy in full at the beginning of the policy so I don't owe them anything.

      To whom it may concern, We have been attempting to stop the account and billing since last August 2021 when we switched our home insurance to geico; however, your company still charges our mortgage company. We have faxed and sent the appropriate paperwork several times and left many messages to try to have this corrected. We need this stopped and refunded for the past year to make this right.

      Last winter 2021 I had my gutter fall off the back of my house causing water damage to my back room. I paid out of pocket to have the roof repaired but the room has lots of damage due to the water damage. There is mold in the room, the drywall is ruined, the windows are all mold, the ceiling is ruined, the carpeting is ruined and the door and door frame are ruined. I made an insurance claim to Sterling Insurance and they said they would send an adjuster out to look. He adjuster came and told us what he saw. He said to get a contractor out here and have them do a look through. They did and the guy saw the mold and smelled it before he even went into the room. They sent what needed to be done to the insurance and I have been back and forth with them over this. I have two children in my house and there is black mold. I just want my room back the way it was prior. I am not looking to add anything to it, just want all the walls windows, door, floor and ceiling fixed. I have never missed a payment, never made a late payment and have had this insurance for my house for around 11 years. I need help as I am a single mother and don't want to get this shoved down my throat as is.
