I bought a 2014 Ram 1500 ecodiesel from this dealership, I finalized all paperwork and when I was leaving with the truck, the truck broke down in their parking lot and they told me that they would fix it, they kept it for 5 weeks and I picked it up and it broke down again 2 hours away from their dealership, I called and they told me to get it towed and bring it to them to fix it, so I did and they also said that they will fully reimburse me the tow bill which was $850. The truck stayed at the dealership from May of 2023 until August 19th of 2023, that's when I picked up the truck and this whole time they hadn't reimburse the tow bill, so I called **** the sales manager and he told me that he will look in to it, and then I called again in October and he was on vacation, I called back in December of 2023 and he told me he had no proof of it and he didn't know anything about it, I send him the bill and he doesn't respond anymore and then I called another manager from that dealership his name is **************** and I spoke to him a couple of days later and he told me that he will mail me a check and I waited and I called on January 6th and I told him I hadn't received anything and he said he will make sure he will mail it and then I contacted him by email January 30th of 2024 and he "***** I thought we had sent this out. We will get it to you Best address to mail it?" I emailed him the address and I still haven't received anything, I called today February 20th of 2024 and no call back. Please I need some help with this company.

Thank you for the notification. We are committed to reimbursing the towing expense incurred as communicated to the client. Our internal processes for this has been followed. In this process it does ask the client to acknowledge the goodwill gesture and sign a release for acceptance. Upon review from this case, our corporate team has confirmed this release was emailed to the client's  confirmed email address on 02/07/2024 at 7:39am and then viewed by them on 02/16/2024 at 7:41pm.

Our Sales Manager followed up with the customer upon receiving this case yesterday. He has confirmed the customer's email address again and has had the goodwill gesture and release resent this morning. Once formally accepted by the client the reimbursement can be processed!

We look forward to improving our communication in simalr siutions that *** occur.

Complete communications from our corporate staff showing release sent information are available. Would prefer to keep individuals names and contact info out of public view.

I am rejecting this response because:

I contacted **** Leaders yesterday morning and he emailed me later that day inquiring about a form I was supposed to receive from them but never got. I checked my spam folder and the sender's name, but there was no sign of it. The manager, ****************, said I would receive an email with the form today, but I haven't seen it yet. I'm surprised they didn't mention the form when I picked up the truck and requested reimbursement in August. I also called **************** and left a voicemail, awaiting a response.

      Sincerely,

      ***********************

Roger Jobs send me an agreement document that listen 17 items, one of them was that they will not reimburse me anything or pay me back for anything including repairs and some other things, also saying that after signing the document I cannot leave any bad reviews or complaints about the business, so my lawyer it's taking a look of the agreement and I am waiting to hear back

I took my 2007 Audi Convertible to this dealership to get some repairs done. I took it in last week and left it because they had to order parts for the repairs. Rather than bring it back, we left it in their care.Yesterday, I received a call informing me that my vehicle had been brutally vandalized. Apparently, it is totaled. I have been informed that Roger Jobs will accept no responsibility for any damage or theft done to any vehicles left by the owners. It is our responsibility to mediate this with our own insurance companies.I brought a perfectly driveable, operating, vehicle to be repaired by them and cannot even take personal posession of it because the damages have rendered it totaled!

The basic facts reported are true.  The client's car was left on property and vandalized.  This is a criminal act that occurred to the client personal property on our property.  We are BOTH victims of a crime.  The actions that occurred were not due to any neglect by dealer nor could any different actions been taken to avert this horrendous act.   A police report was filed, and primary insurance have been contacted. Clients were invited in to discuss situation but have declined.

There is not a way to remedy per request as car cannot be made whole if deemed a "total loss"

Below is the statement we feel best represents the situation

We are truly upset this criminal act has occurred to your vehicle. We hope with assistance of Local law enforcement, our insurance carriers and mutual cooperation you will be able to find agreeable resolution to this event.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is NOT satisfactory to me. They did not request a meeting. With the exception of the service Manager calling us to inform us of what happened, NO ONE else reached out to us. The meeting was scheduled at our request because we had heard nothing from anyone except the service manager, who informed us that they (Roger Jobs Dealership) was not responsible for any theft or damages  to any owners vehicle parked on their property. My intent for the meeting, was to acquire copies of their insurance including any Garage Keepers Riders they may have. However, in talking with our insurance company, we were advised that they wouldve be pursuing that information. And, since It would have been an emotional hardship on me, it would be best if I left the pursuance of this and any information regarding my claim, to them. I am a 72 year old woman who has SLE Lupus and is 100% Veteran of the US Army suffering from PTSD. So, stress and trust are indeed issues are contributing greatly to my feelings of grief, loss, anger, and mistrust. I was a long-time customer of this dealership and am devastated that no one EXCEPT *********************************, Service Manager, has reached out to me personally. AGAIN, they have NEVER reached out AND the meeting was scheduled per OUR REQUEST to gather information on their liability and responsibility as a business towards my vehicle which was left in their care. F They were not forthcoming to our insurance company regarding coverage on their business until they were hard pressed to do so.

      Sincerely,

      *********************

In their response to my complaint, ROGER JOBS AUDI dealership indicated there could be no resolution if my vehicle is totaled.
