June 2, 2024 3:15pm $51.75 Order#***************** on the app it was meant for delivery but ended up showing drive thru. So I had to order same for delivery again. They have no number to call. They want you to fill out the form online only. I filled it out right away. My amount was pending in Bank Account now went through. I try calling the main Jack In the Box but it constantly keeps ringing. I dont have transportation to go in. But I am stuck and out that money.Customer response

In late March 2024, I went to Jack in the box for dinner. As I entered the store I overheard one employee cursing loudly at another one. She didn't stop even though they saw me enter. Then I stood there for almost 5 minutes before someone came to take my order. I hesitated as I couldn't locate one food item and the girl walked away. I stood for another 5-8 minutes before the cook took my order I ordered a **************** extra medium fry and 2 chicken wraps. Then waited another ***** minutes for my food. I checked and told the girl I was missing my fries. She took them from another bag and put them in mine. The store was filthy and I complained to their headquarters. I sent pictures. A DM called me after my second complaint. He said he reviewed the video and I sent him the pictures I had taken. He then offered me 2 free *************** combos for compensation. I agreed. I have a text from him saying he notified the manager. Tonight I went to get my meals. The employees called ***** the manager as they didn't know anything about my free meals. The cook made a snarky remark that is was almost 2 months since my conversation with the DM. I said there was NO time limit and I had been traveling. I was then told ***** said I was only due 1 smash **** classic and one medium fry. That was NOT what I agreed too and she knows it. I was embarrassed and angry. I told them I was done with the store and left. I do not want their food, I want my money back.Initial Complaint

I went to H33343*38353036363533H on ********************************* in ******* at 1*:59PM on 1*/18/*0**. I ordered a small fry, sourdough ***** * tacos, and water that came to $9.89. I first requested a Sprite, which she said they didnt have sprite, after a little back and forth, because **** had a thick accent and its difficult to hear her through the speaker. I left the drive through and checked my order; the fires werent in there. I went back around and parked figuring it would be easy to go in and communicate. The moment I walked in **** printed out the receipt she never gave me and told me she never charged me for the fries, in very broken English. She said something about free, but I couldnt understand what she meant, she later told me she was going to give them to me for free, but I never heard her say that, nor did I care to receive them for free. Next, she started to argue with me about how it wasnt her fault and she had asked me if I wanted sprite or fries, which didnt make sense to me because fries was the second thing I wanted and the drink (Sprite) was the last thing I ordered and was meant to be included. She continued to argue and then told me she must charge me for the fries, that was fine I said. She continued talking about how it was not her fault. So what? I never went in to blame anyone, I just wanted the fries. At that point I didnt want the fries because of the atrocious attitude she had and the combativeness she was displaying. I asked to talk to the manager, which she mentioned she was the manager. I told her she was incredibly disrespectful and has no customer service skill. I went back to my truck, brought the food back and asked for a refund, which she then told ************ would have to refund me, which I know is a complete lie. I would like my refund and to speak with the manager above ****.Initial Complaint

On 10/16/22 at approx. 3:10 pm I went to the Jack in the box in **********,**. to get her dinner. While in the drive thru, I saw a sale sign for "monster Tacos" at 2 for $3.00. The picture showed two really big tacos with lettuce, cheese, tomato and a lot of meat. What I got was two regular tacos with no lettuce, very little cheese, to tomatos and very little meat. When my fiancee called to complain, she got hung up on, TWICE!! The Mt. ****** Jack in the box is using bait and switch tactics in their advertising!
