My condo was damaged by water leaks on 12/23/22. Pcam services hired by *** has damaged master bedroom door, marble hearth, new kitchen cabinets, entry door and den cabinets during demo and restoration process. Pcam installed some drywalls incorrectly. Mudding and texturing of kitchen ceiling was not done professionally. Therefore Pcam has to pay for all expenses for the replacement and works redone by other contractors. Pcam tried to sell my unit's work to another subcontractor in September. But I decided to hire other contractor for good quality work. Pcam services did not meet the deadline of the project on 09/01/23 as well. I need to restore my unit as soon as possible with a new contractor. I claimed all issues above. But Pcam services did not do anything yet.Business response

The outstanding complaint was brought up and addressed after a joint walkthrough by the property management company with project manager. The issues noted in the complaint were not deemed warranted and both parties agreed the job had been done to an acceptable standard. Nothing further to reportCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: the new contractor is not able to move forward with the completion of the project at my place due to refusal of payment from Pcam services. Most works done by Pcam have to be redone with more money to be spent according to estimate from the new contractor. ************ is responsible for damaged kitchen cabinets, most drywalls done incorrectly, 2 CA closets sets, damaged entry door and master bedroom door, marble hearth, garbage disposals and full height cabinet in den, etc... In conclusion, ************ has to pay for all expenses to fix or redo what ************ did incorrectly in my place for all most 9 months. I have the documentations to support my claims.

************'s reponse is not acceptable. ************ is responsible for all damages done during demo and restorative process. It is horrible that Pcam ignored my request through BBB.
