Joined in January 2021. Only used facility ONCE to tan and was texted and scolded for bringing my sister in with me. I had never tanned before I felt more comfortable having someone with me the first time. It is now July 2022 and I still cant get them to cancel it and stop drafting from my account! Ive called them myself three times since June 2021 and had my assistant called another two times and have still not received help! Ive left several messages and have received a few calls back but they just leave a voicemail disputing my attempts to cancel however they are still ignoring the fact that I really just want the membership canceled and to stop the billing!! ! I live no where near ****** anymore and havent for over 6+ months!!!!!! AND JUST PAID ANNUAL DUES ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE!!!! Please stop stealing from my account and never make me have to call there again to make it happen.. PLEASE!!!!Business response

In response to the complaint you received from *******************************, we had asked her for a written
cancellation notice, which has always been our policy to ensure we have something in writing to verify when the member would like their key turned off. and had not received this notice as of the date of
your letter. Once we received the letter from BBB we decided to use that as her written request to
cancel and have cancelled her account.Best Regards,
