Stunningly over priced. $850 to replace a standard Delta shower valve cartage that takes a matter of minutes to replace! They refused to offer any sort of pricing info over the phone so we agreed (in good faith) to the $49 trip charge to have them come out to quote/replace a leaky shower valve cartage. ******* quoted our team $850. Shocked our team asked how long it takes to do the job and ******* said under an hour. We work with plumbers often for our many apartments we manage around ******* and this is completely unreasonable. After we declined the service ******* called back and offered us an extra 5% off. We declined again. It felt like a bit of a used car salesman approach. Our handyman who recently retired used to change these cartages in 10 minutes and charged us about $45. This was so far beyond what is customary for plumbing it warranted sharing our experience since it reflected so poorly on their business practices.

Replacing hot water heater for a condo is too high - *************************** *************** electric upright *********************** $3734.94 installation. I could have boght it in a internet for $741.99 + tax. My hot water tank is located in the closet easily accessible. I feel like I've got ripped-off.

Our service and value was not only same day booking, but also same day service and installation of a brand new hot water tank which solved our customer's need and got their hot water needs back to 100%.
