02/27/2024 ***** cash ****** financed I purchased a 2013 **** Fusion along with an extended warranty that was effective intermediately for my Daughter 16th Birthday I drove the vehicle 7 miles to my home, stored it for for a for 6 days in my garage, went to wash the car and on the way home the engine failed, I had to bring it to the nearest Dealership for a mechanical assessment, (this is not the same business that I had purchased the vehicle from) They suspected that it had blown a head gasket, after spending $300 to find out what was actually wrong I called the the business in which I purchased the Warranty from and they told me that the repairs were considered "point of failure and would not cover" even though the warranty was effective immediately after point of sale, I kept the sales person fully informed of what had happened and he assured me that West Motorsport would make it right. Fortunately the total repair cost totaled $809.25. After getting the run around from the dealership were I had purchased the vehicle they offered me $300 and said take it or leave it, I declined so I could take further action. I believe I should have been reimbursed the total repair cost of $809.25Business response

I offered to pay half of the mechanic services that he paid and thats what Im willing to do until now $404.62 which I dont have to pay any of it im just doing it out of a courtesy from us.

put a down payment on a vehicle and then they raised the price after i started payment.My car was totaled and when i applied for gap and asked them to cancel my warranty they refused to process it. after leaving a negative review the owner called me and threatened meBusiness response

If you want to cancel your gap and warranty you need to sign some paperwork also you need to give the warranty and gap insurance a copy of your car was in a total loss that is what they are requiring they need to see the miles of the vehicle.
