On March 15th, 2023, Honda of Fife fraudulently sold me a 2019 CRV touring advertised as a Honda Certified Used Car with no damage or accidents. Body shop estimate was $3800.00 to fix the damage. I have made numerous trips over the last month and a half trying to work something out with this dealership. The General Manager, ********************* has promised to either put me in a car that is not damaged, or fix the damage. I have made 8 trips to Honda of Fife to rectify this fraud perpetrated on me. Finally after 5 weeks and 8 trips, 50 miles each way, they put the car in their shop to fix the dents and scratches that covered the hood, roof, both sides, and the rear quarter panel. They kept this car for 5 days, and when I went to pick it up, there were still scratches, a dent still on the hood, and you could see daylight between the satellite roof assembly and the roof of the car. I confronted ********************* before I drove the car off the lot but he said he couldn't talk to me as he had to catch a plane flight and didn't have time, and he would talk to me on Tuesday when he returned. I called in the morning and he wasn't in so I called back around 2pm. He said I was being rude and hung up on me. This car was not certifiable through Honda, was misrepresented, the advertisement was fraud, and the damage hid because they left the car extremely dirty when I looked at it but assured me it would be washed. They HID the damage! Honda Corp would NEVER have certified this car with $3,800 dollars worth of damage. (per a reputable body shop) I was lied to, still am being lied to. All they are doing is trying to get me to put more miles on this car and get time between the sales so they have to do NOTHING. Any excuse to rip me off!! Now ********************* is using the excuse that I was rude to not have to deal with this FRAUD!! I WANT MY $32000.00 BACK!! NOW! Either refund my money or find me a car at a different dealership if you have nothing in stock!!Business response

We are working on a solution to get this customer into a different vehicle. At this time it is the only way we can try to make her happy. I have informed her that we will contact her just as soon as one comes available. Unfortunately, inventories are extremely limited and the wait time might be a little longer than usual. We made our best efforts to fix the surface scratches and small dings on the vehicle but I don't see her ever being satisfied with the work so this is the best option. It has been difficult trying to find solutions due to the attitude when trying to communicate so I will be dealing with this personally as the rest of my management staff are at the point where they can't deal with her. She has repeatedly promised me she will "be civil" and then isn't. In 28 years of management I have never had to respond in this manner to any complaint but I will still find a solution for her and do what I can to get her a comparable vehicle as soon as possible.

I am rejecting this response because: These are not " small dings" and a few scratches as ********************* stated. In fact, the rooftop was dented so the shark fin antenna won't seal, so they covered it in silicone in order to keep it from leaking into the headliner of the car. There are still numerous scrapes in the body, a dent in the hood, and this is after they promised to repair all the damage this vehicle had when purchased. I was assured it would go to a body shop and have the problems fixed properly, and instead, it went to their service **** where they removed the rear portion of the headliner to get to the dent in the rooftop antenna area. Because of this, the headliner now has a big wrinkle across the rear portion, and greasy finger prints, and is in worse condition than when I first purchased it! Then, it was sent to a one day dent repair and not to the body shop as ***** promised it would. There are still large scratches and scrapes down the passenger side of the car and passenger quarter panel, and a dent still in the hood. The shark fin is full of silicone because they couldn't get the roof dent straight enough for it to seal. It has been 7 weeks now I have waited to fix this car or have a different car presented to me. If they are in short inventory, then maybe ************* needs to do a dealer swap for a decent undamaged car. Obviously, that isn't in his playbook because he is trying to hide the fact that he committed fraud! At this point, the only solution is to return the car for a complete and full refund so I can go find a suitable car. I have made 8 trips to Honda of Fife to get this resolved, and am suppose to go back again on Tues to fix the headliner mess. This will be 9 attempts to solve this problem and I am very upset and tired of the empty promises., lies, and cover **** I have never in my life been so ripped off as I was at this dealership! I want my money back! I deserve to have a full refund!

We have rescheduled an appointment to address the roof liner and antenna concerns. A full refund is not an option. We will continue to do what we said we would which was to search for a comparable vehicle at a comparable price and payment. Our service manager *********************** is personally overseeing her concerns with the roof liner. Our notes indicate that she has asked to reschedule her appointment at this time.

6/04/22 bought / exchanged leased Honda CRV with a year and a half to go. Practically gave the car to them they sold me a piece of c*** way overpriced and I want them to take it back can keep the Honda for all I care. But I want them to take it back the Prius.Business response

This purchase was made last June. I'm not really sure how to respond as there aren't many details outlined. I would be happy to receive a phone call from her to get to the bottom of the issues. ************ ********************* GM
