I placed an order for windows on a house at ******************************************************. I repeatedly told the person taking the order (who admitted she was new) the Rough opening of the windows; of course meaning that she should order the net as is common practice. Our bid from ********** shows as much. Instead she ordered the windows the size of the rough opening. When I addressed the problem I was told it had happened before that I should just cut the window opening down; which is of course not advisable to do for construction stability. She said it was our fault basically and is refusing to do anything about the issue. I do have emails as proof but cant upload them right now.Customer response

I am sending this message to notify you that I finally did get to talk to the owner of the business regarding my complaint #********.The owner worked with me to resolve the window order to my satisfaction.
It was unfortunate that the sales rep I was dealing with originally would not forward me to the owner to begin with.
But please **** this complaint resolved.
I also just left a review on the business tonight as well.
