I am disabled and ordered through online app sandwiches to pick up at 430pm on 9/11/2022 from Subway #****-0. First sandwich was ******** with double meat toasted with vegetables and sauce that cost $16.99 that includes $3 for double meat. 2nd sandwich was All American toasted with lettuce, tomatoes, extra ******************** olives and oil/vinegar that cost $11.49. 6 cookies of different flavors at 99 cents each. With tax $3.17 the total was $37.59. 1st sandwich no double meat and 2nd sandwich had onions, jalapeos and spinach on it. No lettuce, pickles etc. I cannot have jalapeos at all. I tried to call the store,************, from my cell and later on from my land-line number but it's busy. The cell says the ******* party couldn't be reached. I found a corporate number, ************ and ************, but there isn't a person to talk to. I made an online complaint but I haven't heard anything. I want my money back. The sandwich went in the garbage and someone made me something to eat. I'm furious I'm unable to jump in the car and go down to get things corrected. So this is just another example how businesses are taking advantage of people with disabilities. I'm so upset.
