Originally hired him to install sprinklers and a fire-pit back in March of 2022. Dylan realized the sprinkler system and the fire-pit was more of a challenge than he expected and decided to work on other projects I didn't ask for but insisted I needed to pay for. After apologizing he completed the work he added as well as 75% of the job I originally hired him for before ghosting me until September of 2022 without finishing the fire-pit at all. Each time I would ask him about it he would make excuses or say the gas guy was going to be calling me soon to schedule it. In September he apologized again and said he was going through stuff and was going to get on it. He then proceeded to try and charge me extra to finish the sprinklers and after going back and forth yet again added more more to compensate for the hire price. Dylan then finally contacted the gas guy and then decided he no longer wanted to pay the guy he hired to finish the fire-pit and said that instead I was supposed to. After multiple months of going back and forth of the same issue and Dylan still not finishing the job. He asked for the rest of the money which I refused due to the job not being completed. Dylan became combative and threatened me and my wife over the phone before ghosting us all together. The retaining wall he put in he did not glue down. He never finished the fire-pit, the lighting system or the sprinkler system or fixed the mistakes his employees made when working on our property. Some of the blocks he installed have chips. He picks and chooses what he does and doesn't want to complete and when he does complete stuff he doesn't listen to the customer and does things the way he likes it instead of what is asked. His company couldn't even pour a slab of concrete correctly and had to ask for materials as they didn't not bring everything with them. He left a broken vehicle in front of my house for a day and the lost goes on and on.

On April 28, 2023 I wired $47,000 to Dylan Campbell of Campbell Excavating. He has since not shown up to do the work promised, nor has he returned any phone calls, texts or emails. He promised that the work would be started by July and never showed up to complete the work promised. Phone numbers have now been

We were quoted $9,400 for rockery and landscape work at our home. The owner, Dylan Campbell, requested a 50% down payment to reserve the date of April 10 to begin work on our project. We paid the business $4,700.16 on March 30, 2023. To date, May 18, 2023, we have not had the work started and the business owners are not answering their cell phone or their business phones. Both phone numbers say that the mailboxes are full. We have sent three emails asking for our deposit to be returned and there is no response. We do have a delivery of gravel from Campbell Excavating that has been sitting here for well over two weeks with no one returning to spread it. We also asked for them to come back and pick up the gravel since we no longer want to do business with them. Again, no reply.
