Evergreen Ford has consistently and provable provided false and misleading information around a vehicle that I ordered through them. Their sales **** ********************** has repeatedly and consistently made false statements to me and each time I demonstrated the lies he would never acknowledge his lies nor take any actions to provide accurate and true information. He demonstrated an amazing ability to just make up new lies constantly. Instead of addressing being notified of his lie, he would make up a new lie to try and distract focus. Then he would repeat that as soon as his new lie was called out. Apparently all he can do is lie. When finally filing a online review, I was contacted by *** who claimed he wanted to fix the situation. But, *** took no actions to address the lies nor to do anything really. After only an email or two, *** himself seems to have same approach as ***** with just lying and making things up instead of looking at written and recorded information. The whole dealership has led to losses in time, money, and enjoyment of an ordered vehicle. I am seeing a $2500 credit on my purchase as compensation for their repeated failure and ongoing lack of honest, accuracy, and customer services. I can easily provide multiple email exchanges with *****' lies and my documenting how he lied. This happened in pretty much every exchange within the past 9 months.

Purchased a vehicle over 40 days ago and we have not received our plates in which we paid for. The dealership was supposed to get back with us, specifically ********************* about our plates, we have not received a return call, he was contacted on april 28th 12 days ago. Tried to call dealer, only to get a message they cant answer at this time. Called during business hours, multiple times. We still do not have plates. Left message for GM *************, no returned call. How can you sell a car, charge the customer for plates and fail to follow up within your own processes that cause this much of a delay. we have been waiting now 40 days without plates or follow up by the dealer. Was told by ********************* to drive the vehicle without plates, virtually breaking the law in MO.

I ordered 2021 Mustang Mach-E in Oct 2021 at $57K which **** replaced with the 2022 and **** offered price protection of $2K since **** was not able to fulfill the 2021 model on existing orders placed they would honor the difference. I paid the extra $2k up at the dealership and they had me sign the information that **** would send a check directly to me for the $k rebate for price protection would be mailed to me in 45 days. This was a lie, I contacted **** and they told me they do not email checks to customers but to the *********** is now 120 days and I am not able to get anyone at Evergreen Ford to provide me with the status of my money. General Manager ************* will not reply to email, answer my calls or return voicemails. This dealer is stealing money and lying to customers. I paid Evergreen Ford $59K with the agreement to recieve $2K back at this point I feel that they are going to keep both $2K from me and additional $2K from **** for a total of $4K.
