I have been calling my Property Management Company since 1/9/24 letting them know that in the wind storm on 1/8/24, my outside shutters were torn to pieces. I have called 5 times now (1/10/24, 1/12/2024, 1/25/2024, & 2/15/2024). I also came to the office on February 2, 2024. It has been over a month and I have NEVER gotten a call back or any resolve.Business response

I have made several attempts to return **************** calls regarding her association shutters. 01/23 I called and left a message. 01/31 I called and left a message. These were both made from my personal phone as I was working from home. I also attempted to return her call on ******* 15th and left a message as well as February 20th and left a message. My position within my office requires me to be on site and in meetings throughout the day, so I am not always available immediately by phone. I have returned every call from ************ and even had my receptionist call on my behalf to follow up, because I knew I would not be available until the next day to return her call as I had come down with the flu. I have made every attempt to work with ************ and will continue to help her in the future but would encourage her to make an appointment at my office to avoid any additional phone tag.
