On Saturday October 15th, I had a vehicle towed from in front of my home and emedetaly made contact with the towing company and within an hour in a half had the vehicle back in my possession after I paid $550.00, it is absolutely wrong that they charged me and Im sure others that much, and only posses the vehicles for an hour or soInitial Complaint

I had talked to a worker at the property where my vehicle broke down at. I was told that my vehicle would be fine until Monday because I had made arrangements for my auto shop to come get my vehicle. However on Saturday my vehicle was towed from the business it was in front of, then when I called to find out where my vehicle was and what it would cost to get it out, I was not given an actual estimate for it and was just told that it would be cheaper to get it out on Monday. This guy had no idea what the rates were for anything and refused to give me an estimate on the cost.Business response

We didn't tareget your vehicle to tow. We were asked to remove it by the property owners. We already explained this to you. If you did ask someone for consent to leave your derelict vehicle behind for several days you should probably ask if they had the authority to provide that consent.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:Actually, you were asked to remove it by the store manager who did not have authorization from the property owner to remove it. Hints why the property owner ended up paying for it. For me to get it back from you. On top of that I had some cosmetic damage done to my back bumper that was not there before. From my understanding the contract that you have with that particular property states that only the owner can authorize you to tow a vehicle, not a store manager.
