On February 2, 2024, I hung my Realtor license with *****************************. Soon after, NWMLS (Northwest Multiple Listing Service) sent me the email that is attached labeled "Welcome back to Northwest Multiple Listing Service." Per step 1 of their email, they asked that I login to agree to their 'Terms of Service' and register my credit card, something that I never did as I was having second thoughts on investing my time and money on my real estate business given how bad the current housing market is. With that said, I gave ***************************** notice that I would no longer wanted to proceed with their process and my license was dropped from their agency. As shown in the second attachment labeled "Final Statement," NWMLS is charging me for services that 1) I did not agree too, and 2) they are charging me a late fee. When I called NWMLS, they told me that all realtors are automatically signed up for their service, but confronted them and referenced the email they sent me with instructions to agree to their 'Terms of Service' and add a payment method. I explained to them I never completed that process, never signed on to use their service. I voiced my concerns and called them out on their predatory business tactics to steal money from people. It is one thing to be invoiced for a service that you have 1) agreed to, and 2) have used. Neither of these apply to my situation. I would like this business to void this invoice (Invoice #*******), provide confirmation that I don't own them anything, and to cease the predatory business practices they are using. If a realtor doesn't agree to their terms of service and registers their credit card, then they have no claim or right to ask for payment for a service someone hasn't used or agreed to.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: The statements made by NWMLS' General Counsel are false and untrue.
Sincerely,

April 2021 to *************** provided me with misleading information. Continued to charge me without my consent while providing me with no services. Claims every agent who has a license has to pay them no matter what. They were willing to credit my account but already sent false charges to collect agency who harassed me at work allday. They Have provided me no proof of any charges or receipts of payments I made ect. Told me that unlike ******* service they Continue to charge you even if they cut you off from service. This seems like unfair business practices. Not one email explaining why they were charging me or how to stop the charges. I called them multiple times and they had no answers for me just kept sending me to collections.Business response
