On Jun 14, 2024, I placed the order from **** **************. 1 of the dyson with tracking# 1Z58333F0318387942 is an used item instead of New/Openbox. So I tried to message to dyson through **** market, but they never replied. And they do not have direct email, nor direct phone numbers to call and follow up. After several tryies in the past month, I tried to contact dyson directly, and the customer service, Avinash M created a ticket ******** for me and saying they will contact me in 48hrs. But still a lie as no one contact me through email or phone. Now I am tired of contacting dyson through **** martket and dyson directly. I want to return this used item and get my refund ASAP.Business response

Marketplace orders are managed directly though the marketplace portal, which in this case would be ***** For assistance, the customer would need to reach out through eBays tools to contact the seller. While we do not have access to marketplace orders at the Dyson *************** we have forwarded the customer's concerns to the appropriate team for further assistance.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Dyson regarding my recent purchase of a Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner. My experience has been deeply frustrating and unsatisfactory.I ordered the Dyson V12 on November 19, 2023, and received it on November 28. Unfortunately, the machine was entirely non-functional; the battery showed no signs of life despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue.Upon contacting Dyson's customer service on *****, they provided a shipping label for me to return the defective machine. I complied and returned it promptly, expecting a replacement.However, despite repeated attempts to follow up with Dyson regarding the status of my exchange, I have received no response. Their promises of a 48-hour reply timeframe have gone unfulfilled, leaving me without a vacuum cleaner and in a state of extreme frustration.I am reaching out to the Better Business Bureau for assistance in resolving this matter. I urge Dyson to fulfill their commitment to customer satisfaction by providing a working replacement (V15 as they committed). Other than that, without receiving V15 as a replacement, then activated the warranty for V15 in advance. I need them to correct their foxy action and change the start data to at least the day I receive the machine. My original order number is **********.
