My wife bought me the *** vision arc knife for Christmas this past year. About 3 weeks after carrying this knife, the pocket clip broke. Now this is a $180.00 knife. I dont throw the knife around I simply keep it in my pocket for protection. Well, I remembered seeing that this knife has a lifetime warranty. I reached out to GSM outdoor through telephone, explained the situation and was told not a problem will send you out a replacement clip this week. Well this week turned into 3 weeks. So I called back and was told oh the person you talked to had forgot to put your email in so the order couldnt be completed. So I provided that information and was told sorry for the delay, we will get that out to you immediately by Friday at the latest. Great! I thought.. well a Friday again turned into another 2 weeks. I called back again and was told this time well Im not sure why it hasnt shipped yet but we will take care of this and call you back with an answer by end of the day. Hmmm ok, well end of the day turned into 5 days. I called back again, this time slightly irritated. I was told again well sir, it may take up to 3 weeks for delivery but you will receive a tracking order by the end of the week. Well needless to say here I am still without a tracking order and just keep getting the run around. I would highly highly not recommend this company to anyone unless its just a cheap everyday knife. But to make a hearty $180.00 dollar knife purchase I would strongly discourage this due to their customer support failure.Initial Complaint

I order an engraved Trident AT - Blackout knife on Sog's website on May 16th 2022. Order # *********. I paid $99.95 for the knife and $12.00 for the engraving. With tax a total of $106.29. This was supposed to be a Father's *** gift (June 16th 2022). Website says in their "SOG custom engraving policy" that "turn around time is 3-4 business days after final approval (on in stock items)." At the time of purchase this was an in stock item. Since time of purchase I have called the customer service line 5 times, waiting on hold every single time from anywhere to 30min to 1 hour each time. I had no updates so I called the customer service line on ****, she told me it was 3-4 weeks not days like the website said. Then no word, so I called again on 7-6, they told me they show it at the engraver and couldn't give me more info. Then no word, so I called again on ****, same story. Then I called again on 8-5, she told me they would get corporate involved and give it a few days. No word again, so I called on **** and she said she would reach again to corporate. No word. I checked the status online this morning (****) and it says processing, like it has said for the last 3.5 months. I would like my item as soon as possible.
