      Horrible customer service. I placed an order for 2 1/8 **** of black worms. Said shipping in 2-3 business days and said the item was in stock. Got a notification that my order was being shipped. Looking at the tracking its been stuck in *******. Keep in mind this has been almost 3 weeks ago. Ive reached out to customer service multiple times with no response.

      I placed an order for black worms over the weekend. Per the website it said they would ship Monday. Monday comes and I receive a tracking number and says the item shipped. Great! Only it never did. The tracking number still only says pre-shipment info sent. I emailed and sent a ******** message of which neither were replied to. I will be contacting my bank to get my money back.

      I only needed live worms but they continued to bill me after I tried to cancel my subscription. They sent 2 orders and then nothing. But Im still being charged. They ignore my pleading through email to cancel. I have 0 communication. This is a scam and now I have to redo my entire auto billing because of the replaced credit card. This is infuriating and dont buy

      Zero stars actually! I ordered 2 axolotls 11/22 and got 1 in december and nothing since -although they took my money for both! No phone number to call anyone, emails ignored and now I am out $120!

      I placed an order on March 15th and included 1-day shipping. I never received any shipping information, and when I since requested to cancel and get a refund, I have received no communication at all. The website did not indicate that what I ordered was out of stock at all. Entirely a scam.

      If I could give 0 stars, I would. This business is HORRIBLE. Absolutely zero communication. Their ******** comments are filtered. There is no number to call because the one listed here is disconnected. And email response time is long. Please save yourself some trouble and buy your axolotl elsewhere.

      Unfortunately there is little to no communication when it comes to ***'s Axolotl. There is no phone number to call and the only way to communicate with them is through email or ******** messenger. Each communication takes days to weeks to respond. I do have to cancel my order with them and go with a more communicative organization.

      I paid for an Axy, worms and food totally over $200. Ivy's did initially email me, saying they would send my pet when I had requested. When I followed up, they said they were preparing it for shipping and would send a fed ex number. This never happened. I have emailed them twice more asking for an update with no response. I also reached out to them on social media- again no response. The website has no phone number to call. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge since I have never gotten what I ordered.

      Id give 0 stars if it was possible. Horrible customer service, they send lotls that are barely large enough to be transported most times they die upon delivery. They boast healthy 4 babies and send 1, sickl, not eating. If they ship at all. Horrible. If you want an axo, find Ninas axolotl nursery online. Ive been there personally and fully trust her and her axies. What a mess ivys is.

      I purchased 2 Axolotls for my daughter from Ivys Axolotls. They were both close to $100 each. Their business promised they would be 2.5 - 4 on arrival. 1 was not even an inch, the other about 1.5. When I contacted the business (with photographs for evidence), and asked for them to acknowledge/remedy the problem, they didnt offer any compensation or acknowledge the misrepresentation. They did offer to send me some free food so that the Axolotls would grow faster but they have yet to send that.I have now contacted them at least 4-5 times and they have yet to remedy the problem.Unfortunately there is no way to review them online, so I am assuming they are getting away with this with other mail order customers.Please contact me for any additional information: cassidyking77@gmail Thank you
