They're deceptive on their business and try to get you signed up without telling you all of what you're going to be doing. They also set you up with the cheapest system possible so it actually doesn't work and they max out your credit cards.Review from Ashley M

Freedom E-commerce was great at first. Very helpful coaches and beautiful logo design and website to start my business. Yet, I spent hundreds of hours getting all my products set up on my website and on Shopify. No sales at all and I have been doing this for about a year. They said I had to pay $2500 upfront to get started and plus the Shopify yearly plan and workspace and domain expenses. I have not made a single ***** on Shopify, despite posting on all platforms and pouring everything into my business. And they said I had to have a computer for screensharing so I had to spend my own money and buy a Chromebook as well at the beginning. All was good at first when I started in June of last year. Yet, I have read online how they are potential scammers & do shady business by making people pay & then their business is not successful. I talked to a manager and got very upset because I am in debt due to other fraud and then because my Shopify business was not a success, Freedom E-commerce said they would not refund me for my time, hard work and the $2500 I paid upfront. They said they spent way more money pouring into my business than I did, clearly a scammer tactic. I am going to fight this one to get my money back, count on my word. And if Freedom E-commerce is seeing this, please reach out to me. I will not stop until I get refunded. They tricked, manipulated, and stated I would make overnight sales. Not true at all. Not a ***** made. My advice, do not do Shopify or Freedom E-commerce and do not give money of yours to the company. Freedom has nice employees and coaches but some trick ********* fall in a trap. This is not the way to go to be successful. I am not stopping until I get my money back, though. Thank you.Freedom Ecommerce Response

******************. After review of your comments we would like to remind you that the contract you executed on June 8, 2023 states:
2. Limitations of *************** Services provided by FO CONSULTING are limited to those specifically stated in Section 1 of this Agreement, and shall specifically exclude pay per click advertising. FO CONSULTING does not represent, warrant or guarantee any increased sales, revenues, profits, or success due to the Services provided to CLIENT. FO CONSULTING does not warrant or guarantee any particular search engine ranking, traffic, and/or placement in any search engines.
This is located in section 2 of your contract just above your initials indicating you read and agree with the outlined terms and conditions. Additionally this fact was also covered during your recorded verification call. Noteworthy is that Freedom did not seek you out, you initiated contact with FO and all information was provided to you prior to completing your purchase.
The justifications for not agreeing to a refund are: You are long past the 3 day cancellation policy outlined in our contract (Section 9 just above your initials). Moreover all deliverables owed under contract have been fulfilled and approved by you confirmed by the deliverance agreement you executed and accepted that states: WHEREAS Client acknowledges the deliverance of all products and/or performance of all services under the Agreement. AS SUCH, the Client acknowledges and certifies the full performance of the Agreement by FO and certifies its full satisfaction with products and services delivered by FO. [clipped]
We feel it unreasonable that you are raising issues with topics covered while executing our written contract and participating in a recorded verification call that reiterated these topics all of which occurred prior to processing your payment.If you wish to discuss this matter further please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

We are sorry to hear that you are still upset. As a reminder we did discuss your account and services thoroughly and as a way to keep things amicable we did offer a partial refund despite the age of your purchase which you did sign a release agreement on 6/5/2023 and accepted the partial refund. Additionally this offer/agreement was final, and we find your efforts to extort additional compensation more than 4 months after signing your release agreement and accepting our offer of a partial refund disheartening. I've been with Freedom Ecommerce for a year now (just renewed my domain name today during our coaching session) and I'm very happy with all that they've done for me, this includes: my logo, my websites, and all the training materials that they've sent me. And they keep up with things that have changed and provide new tutorials. They've been very flexible because there are two of ** running our website in two physical locations and we do screensharing with all of ** during our regular coaching sessions. Very deceptive. They act like they have a great secret way to get you started with a Shopify site but they don't help you with good products to promote or source or a way to get clients without spending a lot of marketing dollars or a lot of your time on social media. Plus all the changes that happen you have to keep up on. They did work with me by phone but the first rep was super rude and condescending with very poor communication. I never did get a good following or make any money. Super hard to get sales conversions which they don't tell you up front then they try to force you to sign an electronic agreement of satisfaction which I refused to sign. This was how they could stop helping me and not convert my product on their guaranty program. Still not happy!Freedom Ecommerce Response

To be transparent while we will work diligently to put you in the best position possible the contract you accepted states we do not make any promises regarding sales or success and your program does require your participation as it is your business to operate. All topics you mention are outlined in the contract you accepted and verified that you understood our contract in its entirety during your recorded verification call. A copy of this call can be provided if you would like one. The fact that you would need to keep up with your inventory changes based on your supplier(s) is not uncommon and is consistent in this industry. Additionally our toll free number to contact support is always available as your schedule permits. Lastly, we do not have a guaranty program. Your response is offensive to say the least! First of all, telling someone they signed a contract and you have a recorded message of them saying they understand a program only goes so far as the information you disclosed to them. There are issues with your, "program" you do not warn of or disclose, therefore, one cannot agree to the understanding. I am very sure you are aware of all the issues I ran into but you did not make the disclosure on the front end. Telling someone they need to spend X hours a week does not DISCLOSE the major issues with suppliers constantly running out of product and having to spend hours upon hours reposting the same products over and over again, just to mention one issue. Also, you are mistaken about the guaranty, I was provided a satisfaction guaranty in writing or I would be provided with a different package/service you offer. I was never satisfied and was never given an alternative service/product option.Review from Theresa B

I recently worked with a Freedom Ecommerce to get my website up and running and I am incredibly pleased with the results. The coach I worked with was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain every step of the process to me and made sure I felt comfortable and confident in the decisions we were making.The customer service experience was top notch. They responded immediately to my inquiries and provided helpful answers and insight into the process. I had plenty of questions and they answered each and every one of them in a timely manner.The logos and graphics they made for me were exactly what I had envisioned. They perfectly captured the style and look I wanted for my website. I am especially impressed by the attention to detail and the care they put into every element of the design.Overall, I am completely satisfied with my experience working with this consulting business. They provided excellent customer service, great advice, and beautiful logos and graphics. From the beginning with ****** all the way through the coaching everyone has been very professional, patient and very helpful. Every person who helped me addressed any of my concerns immediately. They each took as much time as necessary to be sure I understood what I was doing and the purpose for each step. This was extremely helpful as I'm not very technologically astute.
