Went to this bog o tire location and was having rack and pinion steering rack, sway bar bushings, wheel alignment and new tires. After getting a call telling me it was ready and they had test drove it with no problem. I picked it up and right away the air bag light was blinking and as I left the parking lot taking a turn to head out of the lot the steering wheel started to shake and the breaks were not working properly as well as a slip light flashing. I took it back and the next day was told that the clock spring needed to be replaced, so now the air bag light, crush control and horn were not working. I said they worked fine when I brought it in and *****, the person helping me responded with well its not working now. I said that I brought it in and this was not a problem but youre saying that its a coincidence and ****** response was I must be. ***** says they never touched the steering column so it couldnt be there fault but when taking in the paperwork I got from big o tires to another mechanic was told that yes the things they worked on could easily cause this issue. Now I have to spend an additional $600.00 to fix my car. This place needs to own up to its mistakes

Best tire dropped the ball. Pretty sad when the manager starts cursing and calling me names when I was explaining my situation. I spent almost $4000.00 on wheels, tires, leveling kit and they tell me to take a hike. Finding the proper tires wasnt even an option. They lied to me and told me the only two tires that would work were the ones they had in stock. They wanted to keep my vehicle overnight when I literally live 1 mile away, and this was after waiting for 5 1/2 hours for them to level the truck, store was closing. I guess I was supposed to walk home. They told me they wouldnt buy the tires back or return them after they left me a voicemail telling me it would be handled. Thankfully ******************* gave me ****** for them. I lost around ****** on brand new tires with ****% life left. I guess they dont want to make money. I wanted a major upgrade which costs an extra thousand.

I brought my car in on November 25th 2020, it was the second attempt to getting my tires replaced because the first confirmed appointment I scheduled with them they never showed up. There was no communication about why they failed to do so, so I had to reschedule again. I was trying schedule to pay them because I only had time during my lunch break to do so before they closed. It was a nightmare taking with them over the phone and I reminded them that this service was supposed to be performed the previous week. After arriving to the shop I was in the lobby with the manager performing my payment when this young kid walked through the front door abs so smugly said to the boss "I appreciate you", before heading to garage. When we get out to my car the manager refused to give me my key or even let me in my own car. I noticed he looked to the back of my car and chuckled "oh no" before driving off to the real mechanics at absolute auto, leaving me to chase after him around the whole parking lot. Later I noticed that there was a splattering on the inside of my back window and linked it to the spit of the appreciative employee of best tire. He must have been upset about being interrupted from appreciating his boss and I guess he had to spit it somewhere. Class acts they are. If they keep doing vandalism like this they will end ** in a place where spitting won't be an option. Same demands of their appreciation services though. For a company full of arrogance they sure don't do a good job.
