      Disappointing Car Buying Experience My recent encounter with Olympia Nissan left much to be desired. The sales team was unhelpful and seemed more interested in making a quick sale than understanding my needs. We thought that there was a front camera on our new 2023 pathfinder sv with the premium package. I brought it up right before signing and ****** assured my wife that it should be no issue getting one at stock price and then ghosted my wife. ** was helpful in resolving the camera issue.I discovered issues with the car I eventually purchased. The post-sale customer service was disappointing, with delayed responses and a lack of willingness to address my concerns.There is a clicking noise coming from the rear view wiper. It sounds like the circuit board is opening and closing. Which parts specialist ************************* deemed normal.There is also a clicking sound that sounds like a clock coming from the engine/dashboard area which ************************* said was concerning but didnt have time to look at it right now.The entire reason we traded in our ***** was to avoid service appointments. We have had the car for three weeks and are already having electrical issues, to which Manager **** said to my wife, well what do you want me to do about it?We want a brand new car that doesnt have issues already.Got an update, our cars left side air mix door is binding. My wife asked to simply just trade out the car for a different car on the lot. But, because she filled out a survey that Nissan sent her, ** told her that they lost money on the car because of her bad survey and that she was being vindictive and that she got a good f****** deal on the car.What a great way for a GM speak to customers.

      Terrible experiencebrought my car in for service on some issues told we HAD warranty when we dropped it off. The next morning they call us tell us we need to approve some amounts as it suddenly doesnt have warrantythen after going back and forth the Gm talked to my husband and approved some percentage of warranty coverage so we agreed to move forward with repair. We got there to pick it up got a break down of our **** AND the amount of payment but no one was available at the time so we approved they run that amount in the morning. So I check our bank account and they ran almost $200 more then the amount on the physical **** and of which was approved

      My grandmother and I feel like in her words we were railroaded we got a 2018 wrangler sahara for 58k they went off both our revenues which is not much at all since I'm on disability and she's retired the vehical was originally 38k more than half the stuff that they had added to the deal neither of us remember even agreeing to and when I tried to go back to the previous vehicle they told Mr it was already sold yet to this day it's still on the lot and I see it online still.now I'm being charged for the rest of it because it got volunteer repossessed before the first parent date under 30 days. I guess they have a recording of us signing the paper but like I said neither of us remember being told of I think it was 10k worth of add-ons I think I'd have to look at the paperwork again.
