Great communication from this company. ******************* was our technician. He was very knowledgeable and told us what and why he was doing the work. We have an older system and he had the parts in his van. He was able to fix our system and we have great water! I am thankful for this company and we already have our yearly maintenance scheduled.American Pump and Drilling Response

You never know what youre gonna get when you dig a hole in the ground. We had a plan to install a water meter and when they started digging, it led to an existing water meter that Im sure save them a lot of work and me a lot of money.. ******** clean up my existing mess. Impressive! Received reminders of appointment via email and text, and on the day of the appointment, the technician called with a request to show up ahead of schedule, which worked out just fine. The technician gave a thorough description of the tasks to complete and provided detailed explanation and answers to any questions I had. A highly competent technician with the heart of a teacher. I hired American Pump and Drilling to perform maintenance on a filtering system attached to my Well. This system hadn't had maintenance for several years. ***, the technician, pulled the filtering system apart and it was kind of a mess. He cleaned it out, flushed it multiple times, replaced a needed part and recharged it. I know he did a quality job and didn't take shortcuts at the cost of sacrificing quality. The work American Pump and Drilling did for me was very well done and at a very reasonable cost. I am a very happy camper.American Pump and Drilling Response
