      This coffee company offers a monthly membership via an app. This membership cost $9.99 a month and allows you to receive 2 free drinks during the month as well as 10% off each order completed through the app. The app does not work, but customers are still being charged for the membership. You cant cancel without logging in, which the app doesnt allow you to do. Without being able to order from the app the discount is not honored while the app is down, and they dont respond to customer complaints. They also have not addressed the customers who are being charged for the membership and are unable to utilize it. They promised a $25 gift card on 10/5/23. I have yet to receive it and they have stopped responding via direct messaging on social media. They do not have customer service phone number or email.

      I have a subscription to the app and I have not been able to access the app for about a month now. It is set to renew in a few days and I cant seem to get anyone to help me access the app.

      Business app and website keep going out of service and unable to cancel subscription. Subscriptions comes with prepaid coffees that do not roll over and can not be utilized with app. Wanting to and unable to cancel and refund

      Bought a gift card for $50 which was a special for double the value. IE;a $100 gift card was given to me. I used it once as I loaded it on website to pay. The Website acknowledged the card balance after the order so I threw away the card. Now no one can find anything other than my verified purchase of the card in October.I use ********************* and *********** and load gift cards then they use the card on file with a scan. I sent an email but no response and no phone numbers online work!

      I have downloaded their app as well as pay for a monthly membership. I can no longer use the app that has my payment information and gift card that I purchased. I have tried calling the customer service number that sent me to a voice-mail and have also sent emails with no response.

      Purchased the app subscription when it first started which includes 2 free drinks per month. Since July 2023 the app has experienced problems, but most recently it has not worked at all. It asks to verify my phone by sending me a code. The code never comes. I have not been able to access the app since august. My complaint comes ** I cannot get anyone to help. The stands tell me to contact corporate but no one answers and the voicemail is full. I tried the directory to which I never got to a name that works. I just want some help with the app. The baristas say everyone complains about the app and they are not allowed to give the name of the manager or the card to a real person. I cannot even get in to the app to cancel the subscription.

      I pay for a monthly recurring subscription, that rewards you with two free drinks per month and a 10% discount if you order online through the app. The subscription cost is around $10.00 per month. Some of the issues that we have been having with this service/company are:I cannot log into the app for a few months now and that prevents me from using the subscription benefits.-I have reached out to management (as well as many many other people online via Instagram, email, and phone number) but have received no response.-I feel like we (customers) are all getting the runaround.-We also have no way to cancel the subscription, so we are paying for something that we cannot take advantage of.-Phone number is disconnected for their office and they do not respond to emails.

      Purchased a recurring benefits membership through the Gravity Coffee app (the only place one can do so), and was pleased with the results - until less than a week later, when the app's ************ decision to not allow for passwords caused me to lose access to these benefits. The app uses your phone number and a one-time-use code texted to that phone number...... each and every time you open the app. Fine, okay. Except the text messages containing the code don't show up, regardless of how many times you wait 30 seconds to tap "Send code again." Rebooting phone - no change. Uninstalling app and re-installing - no change. Turning cell service and wifi on / off - no change. Calling Gravity (difficult to do on its own, as the website lists only an apparently unmanned email) - no change. Coming from a half-billion-dollar company, this app is unsightly at best and criminal at worst.Reviews across the web indicate this is hardly a new problem. Address the fatal flaws of your app, please.
