Molly maids cancelled my service without telling me. They didnt show up on their regularly-scheduled day and left me hanging with a dirty home. I have three kids, one of them only 18 months and another only 3 months. I was in tears. They didnt even call or text to advise me. I had to call them the morning of to find out.Molly maids has never lived up to their expectations. Their maids are incompetent and do not clean efficiently. Their products do not work. They say they will use any products you want them to, but then change their mind when the maids cant properly use those products. Their maids have bleached my belongings on two separate occasions and I have yet to be fully reimbursed. They canceled my service out of spite because we could not come to common ground on what products should/could be used to efficiently clean my home. They refused to try any other products I bought (although I spent nearly $200 in cleaning supplies for them to use) to protect their pockets. I was considered argumentative when I addressed me being treated differently than other customers. All I wanted was a solution and I bent over backwards to find one and I was met with excuses and lies.I was labeled a problem customer from the beginning. All I ever asked is for them to clean my home. They are a cleaning company and have consistently acted as if that was asking too much. My shower was yellow, my bathtub was orange. They told me that was the best they could do. Ive watched them enter a bathroom with one towel, come out, and say it was clean. They have left spilled milk on my floors, puddles of olive juice underneath my fridge. My home is completely remodeled and easily maintainable. They are simply lazy, and do not do their job. I know this WITHOUT QUESTION because I had another cleaner come to my home the very next day and my house has never been cleaner.I have pictures, text messages, etc. and would be happy to share. I hope to discuss further.Thank you.

My house is completely empty, already had a cleaning service go through but they didn't do a detailed job. Called Molly Maid who quoted $585 as a *** for four hours of work. The two cleaners spent 6 hours cleaning, I was in the garage for the last hour and basically heard them laughing and having fun while taking their time (which I was paying for), then they hit me with a bill for $740. When telling them this price wasn't discussed with me or that they never called me to confirm the overtime or additional charges, they just stated it's out of their hands. Company policy: "screw the customer and no money back". When complaining they use the phrase 'depending on need' so they can charge as they go and are not accountable for issuing refunds.YELP has almost all 1-star reviews from customers stating the same thing. They need to be held accountable so they can't just charge a card and say "sorry, it's too late to do anything about it now". Please, you need to investigate to keep business practices such as these, bait and switch, out of practice to protect the consumer!!
