On 6/27/24 I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid from Speck Motors. On the window sales it says it would get 35/34 Highway AND City **** It has only been getting on average ***** MPG and WILL NOT go into Hybrid Mode or "electric." Hyundai is NOW saying that is what the mileage is bc of air conditioning being turned on. NO WHERE does it say that is what the vehicle will get bc of that issue. I have looked through all the manuals. I also changed the tires to a different tread (same size) and they also are trying to blame it on that. I believe there is something wrong with the vehicle and they want to charge me to change out the tires to prove they are in the wrong. I do not believe I should pay for a vehicle that outright LIED about the ****Business response

In 2020 my Hyundai sonata started burning oil i took it in to Hyundai dealership and they started with an oil change and then a oil consumption test, after that they determined the car was burning more oil than normal so they sent it to Hyundai and they decided they were gnna go ahead and replace the engine while they did that i also paid extra $654 dollars so they can replace the belt, do a fuel injection service also the throttle body cleaning and as well as the emission body service. After that the car was good i took it in for every service every time it was needed i kept putting the full synthetic oil using the more expensive gas so my car could be running good and wouldn't give me any issues but then this year 2023 the car started to burn oil again i took it back to Hyundai dealership for another oil consumption test and they determined it was burning oil again more than normal the worker sent the paperwork to Hyundai again and a day later he called me and said Hyundai denied any repairs. All im asking is for Hyundai to repair my car i always keep it well maintained and taken care of. Hyundai replace the engine in 2020 and it didn't take long for it to start with the same problem again. I want my car repairedBusiness response
