6/13/23. took two boxes to store . asked clerk to send cheapest way. Clerk filed out label and checked ************* saver. I was charged ****** for 2/ 40 lb boxes. they should have shipped ground. The clerk made a grave error. ** is disabled and receives $800 monthly income. We use my account which *** had for years no problem. boxes should have been $89 each at most. I will b contacting Fed * Headquarters with a letter of complaint ASAPBusiness response

We told the shipper that our forms only had express options. We told him what they were and he said three day saver was fine. We told him how to fill out the form but he did it wrong so we redid one and he used that as a guide to fill out the other one. We explained everything in the beginning and he was fine with it. We dont know if he just didnt realize that three day saver wasnt ground. There is no ground option on our airbills. If they want to use their own account number and use ground they have to go to a real ***** store or depot.
