Peninsula contacted me after I told my doctor I was interested in counseling. When I lost my insurance, Peninsula told me they could no longer work with me. They had done nothing for me and I told them that was fine with me. They pressured me to work out a payment schedule so I could continue working with them. I told them no, I don't want to do that, I'm ok with ending this. I told the counselor this and in a separate conversation I told the office manager the same thing.Over a year later Peninsula continues to send me bills for services I refused. For services they never provided anyway. I found their counseling singularly ineffective.I'd like them to stop pressuring me for money I do not owe them.Customer response

I will be interested in what you hear. They continue to send me bills. Please remember
1) They contacted me initially
2) When I lost my insurance they told me they couldn’t work with me anymore
3) I said that is fine
4) They pressured me to accept a payment plan
5) I said no
6) They have been billing me for that conversation for over a year
7) I continue to get bills after I filed with BBB
Thanks,
-John
