The company installed epoxy flooring the week of 12/20/2022 - 12/24/2022. The flooring came up almost immediately as well as came out with two different colors. I contacted the company to o have them repair and fix the work and was told the weather needed to be better before they were able to fix it. On April 5th the company dropped off materials to get the worked fixed and stated they would be back the week of April 24th to fix the work and never showed up. On May 4th they reached out to say they were slammed and that they will get it fixed soon and not forget me. Since then I have reach out to them at the end of May middle of June and beginning of July via text phones calls and messages and have had no reply. The flooring has gotten worse and there is no communication or attempt to fix it.Business response

I've contacted customer and setup a game plan for the repair. This has been a timing issue via both schedules and personal issues. I am a man of my word and stand by my work. August 21st 7 am have garage open and ready. 48 hrs off limits no questions. This job was not waited on properly, reason for peeling. Also weather. Can't drive cars or walk on for 48 hrs. Or will peel via pics ^Customer response
