On Dec. 1st 2023 I called the business complaining that i had no heat . They sent out a technician to evaluate the problem,he decided my furnace needed a part costing nearly $1600.00, I had no choice I needed heat. There however was two separate problems niether of them being the part I bought. I called them out again letting them know I still had no heat. They sent out the technician again this time he said my furnace needed to be replaced $6000.00 more now I have heat. I felt that they owed me the $1600.00 I spent for a part that did nothing. They refused, I call that theft!!

The customers furnace had numerous issues which were attempted to remedy via repair.  After the repairs were made, and approximately one month later, other components of the furnace began to fail. Following a service visit to further evaluate the operation of the furnace the customer elected to replace it instead of pursuing additional repairs.

June 1 2023 to November 2023 Puyallup tech reported compressor needed replacement only, on system they maintained for 12 years. Puyallup offered 2 new options plus replace compressor. Puyallup sales person was told we wanted compressor replaced for $6700. Asked about warranty for compressor. Reply 1 year only zero warranty on rest of system. Initialed contract. Compressor replaced 7-19-23. Tech either mis diagnosed system or compressor defective. System did not work tech left with $577.03 debit. System did not work, called to report did not work. Waited for Puyallup to contact us,no response. I called them couple of days later to report ac defective. No reply, On **** **** ***************** called new option $6074 plus $13,000. I asked why now? Deal for us rebates was response from ******. Now they want over $6200. Also green sky finance *** was informed work not done as was ***** from Puyallup. Loan for system thru Puyallup. Now they want payment for their mistakes in attempting repair ac system. They waited about 60 days to call about repair while 80 year grandmother waited for their response during very hot summer. **** send mail to ****** wanting the $577.03 back. Puyallup claims we initialed contract. Not what they explained about compressor. Puyallup insisted we were told compressor would work. Then why did they install compressor if they knew it would not work. I offered to return compressor, no response from Puyallup heating!Green sky email asking if repairs were made was returned with reply no repairs were done. Very poor business want the $577.03 returned and any money claim we owe be 0. Also they can come and get compressor. Sales person **** said he received $1000 commission.

Puyallup Heaitng and Air Conditioning has lied to me and has caused me a personal financial loss and higher interest rate due to their neglect in their office sending the invoice to the bank for funding before the 90 deadline due to the expiration of the loan. They sent the first invoice to the bank, I have proof, 52 days after installation. The shear lack of communication, no returned phone calls, lack of disrespect, and bold face lies that have been given to my face is unfathomable and coming from a business, should be illegal. They will not take resposnibility or accountability for their actions and have disrespected me and disregarded everything that they have done. He is going out of his way to not address the facts of their faults in this nightmare of service, and insult me with an email response that is generic and udderly disrespectful. He stated he fulfilled his part of the job, and in fact, he did not. He did not send the invoice like he said he mailed on July 11th or 12th and lied to me. The bank they referred me for funding, is disgusted in Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning's actions of blaming the bank for their mistake. The *** ******, has no problems lying to a woman, and uses his position to insult me and my intelliegence and is extrememly condesending and narsissistic. He has no remose for another human, especially a woman and the anxiety, stress, pain and suffering he has caused. This entire transaction from start to current has been an absolute disaster. I have attached the bullet-point email sent to Puyallup Heating along, with responses from ******, the *** and the Vice President of Branch and ******************** for Pugent Sound Cooperative Credit Union. Also, ****** ***** Utilities is involved and I have requested to have this company removed from their referral list, where I found them to begin with.

******, the ** for Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning, went and met with *********************************, the ** of Branch and ******************** today at 1:00pm. He kept blaming the bank for not honoring the invoice, even though they have proof that he sent the invoice ************************************ person, that he has cut off communication with me, the customer, and will not be responding to any form of communication from me.  He told ********* that he will be turning over the amount due on 9/26/23 and reporting it to the credit bureaus for non-payment.

********************************* is willing to go on record and share the information she has dealt with in this horrendous ordeal.

I have told him that if he doesn't resolve this with me satisfactory, and reports my balance to the credit bureaus it will be out of retaliation. I'm not looking to get out of payment, I'm looking to not literally pay for his mistake. Which is over $1,000 extra due to the rate increase after the 90 days expiration of my current loan that they did not send the invoice to in time.

      Customer response

      09/13/2023

      Thank you, ******!

The bank that is involved has cut ties with this company after this experience and how the companies GM treated me and the ** of the bank.
Is there something she can send along with my complaint?

The company has cut off communication with me and for being a new customer with a warranty, this is unacceptable.

      Business response

      09/29/2023

We appreciate *** for bringing her concerns forward and we are sorry for any undue angst brought upon her. In the time since the original post, weve been able to successfully advocate for the customer to get her loan without her incurring any additional costs.

      Customer response

      10/09/2023

Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning did not resolve this situation nor were the ones to make this right. Puget Sound ************************ came through after the ** and CEO of the ************ upheld the interest rate due to the in-person meeting with the *** Since that meeting, the credit union has cut ties with Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning.

There's been so many lost hours, time, anxiety, irritation and angst in this whole transaction.
