My fianc (***************************) hired Quality movers to move us from our old residence in ******** to our new residence several weeks ago, letting them know it was a 3 bedroom house with a 2 car garage. We scheduled to be moved on Saturday 9/3/2022. Here is the summary of the experience:1. They were scheduled to be there between 8-9 am and they arrived late.2. They did not come with any tools, were wearing shorts, no gloves.3. They did NOT disassemble any furniture, and waited while ****** did before moving anything. When they would move furniture with shelves, they threw the pegs onto the floor which I later had to comb through the carpet to find.4. They did NOT take any of the future or labeled boxes into the designated rooms at the new house. They piled all into the garage and the first room of the house. 5. They did NOT put any of the furniture back together.6. They damaged several pieces of furniture (and this is all I have found so far as we are still moving and finding pieces)- broke water holder off of Peloton bike, broke legs off of dresser, large scratch on wood desk, damaged record console, mattress was wet and lumpy and had holes when they unloaded from their truck, dirty upholstery. 7. I watched them "cartwheel" several pieces of furniture. 8. When dispatched called to talk to ****** about issues, they crew left without getting any sign off.9. We can't find things (not sure if they are still packed or put in random pieces but some electronics are missing to date).10. They didn't move the entire house. The garage was untouched and we had to finish moving the items inside the house over the weekend because they did not finish and would not do a second run.11. Overheard them talking between themselves how early they were going to be finished for the day.I can add more pictures at a later date. There may be more items damaged as well.Business response
