I ordered window coverings in September 2021. I was told the installations would be complete by November/December 2021. Now 9 months later almost June 2022, my coverings are not fully installed. After waiting several months and being patient across 3 separate installation appointments, I'm out of patience. Today I was told that one part will need to be ordered... historically it's taken over 2 months to receive an ordered item. It's unacceptable for this business to not be prepared to finish my order after 9 months.I've been in contact with business representatives repeatedly and informed them of what's been missing and what's required to finish the order. Yet, today when I spoke with them they seemed to have no idea what was missing and needed to confirm it with me. I'm frankly tired of the incompetence I've witnessed.The installers have been inconsistent. Either very nice or very unpleasant. The unpleasant installers made several unslightly marks on my walls, did not have a full understanding of the order, and took hardware meant for my home away without finishing their piece of the installation.I just got off the phone with ***** who claimed that the missing parts still need to be ordered, which means it will be several more weeks before I have fully functioning window coverings. If my coverings are completed before the end of the year I'll be surprised.I'd like the job to be completed with haste, and the unpaid balance on the invoice be waived.Infiniti installed the window coverings in the attached photo. The upper right covering is missing a piece to be able to open/close. As such it remains persistently open.
