My mental health significantly DROPPED after using their service!To anyone who has anxiety or in a tight schedule, please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place please. Here is my story and hope it will give you some insights how horrible this place is.I reserved an appointment on labor day Monday Sep 5th at 9 am in the morning. But I suddenly got an urgent meeting request from a my customer on Sep. 5th at 9:45 am. I tried to call them to cancel or reschedule on the Thursday. But they told me that they have a policy of 48 BUSINESS hours to reschedule which is ridiculous in the first place IMO since most of the people here have very variable schedules. But since it is in their policy, I decided to go with it only prob try to end the appoints 5 minutes early.Then on the day of the appointment, I joined in the Zoom meeting at 9 am and the therapist still did not join the meeting when it is almost 9:10 am. I am so ****** so I decided to call the hospital to see what I can do. But apparently they are all on a break so no one pick up the call. I want to tell you Optimum, your clients' time is VALUABLE as well!!! Not just yours!!! So I decided to drop the meeting and focus on preparation for the meeting with my client.Little do I know, the WORST is yet to come! They later charged me the full amount plus the late fee which is 282 bucks directly to my bank account. They apparently did not go through my insurance either even though they are in my network. I don't know the exact reasons but I have filed a claim against it. I am not afraid to go to court with this piece of evil blood sucking institution! Don't overlook little people and we are not afraid to fight!I am deciding to contact all my coworkers and friends and families around Washington area and hope any one who is attempting to use their service: BOYCOTT the money grabbing blood sucking institution!Stay away because they don't care your mental health.
