Jet City ***** in the service department and I am contacting the manufacturer next. They killed the motor on ultra glide.

HORRIBLE dealership. The only thing I can attibute their behavior to is that they are discriminatory against women riders. They had a bike I wanted that I found listed on Cycle Trader and their website. I called about it, then had one of my friends go take a look since I'm not in the area. He gave it a thumbs up so I asked the salesperson to call me to discuss purchase. No call despite me asking again later. A day later they had the front desk person text me that the bike had been pre-sold at auction and was no longer available. I've been in the automotive industry for over 20 years and dealt with auctions. If it had been sold to auction, it wouldn't be sitting at their dealer with a for sale sign on it so I knew that was BS. A couple days later, my brother went to the dealer and the bike was outside with a for sale sign - clearly not at auction or in the purchasers hands which is how auctions work. He said he wanted to buy it so they started the paperwork. Once they had his license another sales guy came and said oh, it's not for sale, we sold it at auction for $9900. TOTAL LIE! It's a $5000 bike, nobody is going to buy it at auction for twice the price. Unfortunately they knew my brother's name because I had originally told them he'd be the one to do the purchase on my behalf. So, once they found out who he was, they wouldn't sell it to him. 1 month later the bike is STILL on their lot for sale and also listed on Cycle Trader. None of my family nor friend's in the area, who own quite a few ********, will ever set foot in this dealership! Horribly sheisty business practices and a huge lack of customer service!

Do not do any business with this dealership. They will sell you service contracts for thousands of dollars and its like flushing money down the toilet. Once you realize its a worthless contract, you cant get a refund because they lost it as nonrefundable non-cancelable. Shouldnt be hard to believe that a dealership would have such loose morals, and Jet City 100% is lacking in integrity and morality. If you are thinking of doing any business here, turn and run away as fast as you can.

I would give that place less than one star if I could. I can't give just one review as I've had multiple terrible service issues there. Incompetence is right at the top of my b**** list. Trust me, I've taken the beating for every one that hasn't had the experience. . Do yourselves a solid and find a quality independant mechanic that measures up and support them not some hd dealership that will take full advantage of you. **** I'm pissed! NEVER AGAIN! Don't pay big money and get terrible service. *************** is in the same boat as far as I' m concerened, just terrible!!
