I ordered a product. It never arrived. I asked for replacement. The company said they would send one and send me a tracking. It has been weeks and no one at the company will reply to emails or answer the phone. At this Point I would l just like a refund. I have attached the emails. Nutrivein is continually shipping their *** product to my home without my authorization. I have contacted them and they continue to provide excuses why they can not do so. They have my name and address and my written request to stop supplying me with the *** product. The Nutrivein tel # is ************ or ************. Please have them stop sending their product (***) to my residence.Thank you.Initial Complaint

The company is NutriVein.com and I purchased eight of their vitamins and supplements. Their magnesium product has a super unsafe labeling error. The "per serving" information on the back label states "210 mg magnesium per serving", but on the front label it states "***** MG per serving"!!! So ALL consumers will either take more then ten times the amount of magnesium then they expected to take or they will be taking less then one tenth of what they expect to be taking depending upon if they read the front labeling or the back labeling.I have called them three times about another very important issue on 03/13/23 (2 times) and once on 03/15/23 leaving two very long and detailed messages related to their products (leaving my contact information and repeating my contact information twice) but they have never cared to call me back after five weeks!!Their BBB rating is an "F" as they have several complaints against them which are all of a similar (bad customer service) nature and the company has refused to fix all of the complaints except for one. Plus, they seem to never return people's telephone calls (just like what I have experienced).At a minimum, I believe that they should be forced to immediately stop selling their incorrectly labeled magnesium product until they can place a corrected label over their incorrect label.I will not buy from this company again as I rate their customer service as a 1 out of 10 and their quality control is also a concern to me...again a 1 out of 10.I purchased their magnesium product because my wife has high blood pressure... but since their label is incorrect I could have created a fatal situation for my wife if I had not noticed their labeling error. How can they still be allowed to sell this???Initial Complaint

I ordered supplements from this company and the sent the wrong order. I have called multiple times and left multiple messages without a return call. I have sent multiple emails and finally got a response. They want me to pay for return shipping for the wrong order they sent. I have responded that I am happy to return the order but it is not my responsibility to pay for their mistake.
