I went into the ********* branch with my three children to switch their youth accounts over from another credit union that we are members at. Personally, I have a checking and savings account already with HAPO and have for around ************************************************************************************** full. *******, I believe was her name, is the banker that assisted me. I asked to close this savings account that has been sitting on my banking app for so long that has remained at a $0.00. She stated I could not remove my name from that savings account because it was with another party, ******. ****** is my daughters father and we have not been together for 9 years. I did not know I was attached to anything with his name on it anymore. He resides in ********. She said he has to come into the branch to sign a new signature card for me to be removed off the account. She then called someone and said she could mail him a letter to sign but it must be notarized, which would cost ****** money. I asked if DocuSign was an option and she said only for loans. Then told me that the ******** told her that since I filed for bankruptcy in 2022 they have to gain approval for me to open minor accounts with the *********************************************. I did NOT file bankruptcy in 2022. Then to tell me I shouldnt even have a membership with the credit union because that should have been closed when I filed bankruptcy. She hands the phone to me, to speak with **** in AR. **** started saying the same thing and read to me a note that an internal employee placed in my account records back in 2022. I told **** I DID NOT file bankruptcy in 2022. I filed bankruptcy, CH7, in 2018, not 2022. The thing is that **** did not take a loss! I retained my auto loan and paid the auto loan off in full! Not only was this the absolute WORST experience of my life but the fact I asked for the branch manager and he comes in aggressive not even asking me how he can assist me but immediately saying he cant help me!

ACC: **** COMMUNITY CREDIT UN (SECOND LISTING) ACCT# ************Consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a resposibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with MAXIMUM ACCURACY.I contacted Experian and asked them to investigat and remove the inaccurate and re-aged account about from my consumer report which thay are illegally repoorting. I requested proof such as documentation supporting their reports and Experian has not been able to provide them to me. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and this disputed item may not report on my credit report if it cannot be supported by any evidence or proof.Experian's credit reports for me of December 2023 and January of **** show RE-AGED and INACCURATE reporting of the second **** COMMUNITY CREDIT UN account with a balance of $11,381.00 reported. The information in my credit file shows two different accounts with the same company, but with exactly the same account numbers, which is also impossible and inaccurate. Also, the DATE OF LAST ACTIVITY and DATE OF LAST PAYMENT on the account are MISSING, in violation of the ***** so the entry is both INCOMPLETE and RE-AGED. In another instance, another false date of last activity is reported by EXPERIAN, that conflicts with reports from EQUIFAX and Transunion reports. This shows the **** COMMUNITY CREDIT UN account with a balance of $11,381.00 EXPERIAN reported is ILLOGICAL, INACCURATE and FACIALLY FALSE DATA that is LOGICALLY INCONSISTENT and hurts my credit reputation. The **** demands credit reporting agencies must only report accurate and complete data, which Experian has failed to do.

I recently moved to **************** to care for my 95 year grand mother because my mother recently passed away, i added myself to her checking account with a power of so that i could help her with her day to day finances. **** had refused to give my grandmother a debit card or checks to her account and had told her that she needed a letter of cognitive dissidence from her doctor to have access to her funds. she did not have access to this account or funds for a couple of years in the excess of $60,000 plus dollars. For the first month things seemed to be okay until I started using the account to pay bills my mothers creation $3,000 and a home owners Policy for almost $5,000 while relocating from ********** halo canceled our card and called it fraud when I called I was asked to face time halo and told I needed to come into the branch which I did then I was told I needed to bring my grand mother the next day which I did. **** promptly closed the account and told me that they suspected abuse because I had spent too much money and that I needed a court order to have access to the funds and that **** was going to be keeping the rest of her money now $50,000. They called the police to my home the next day and told the police they suspected abuse because her toe nails were long. The officer was more than happy with the environment and care I was providing and they did not stay for long. We currently do not have heating and air conditioning in our home and it is over 100 degrees here for months I informed Hapo that our bills were being paid through this account and that we did not have air and my grandmother is 95 and this excessive heat was dangerous for her health **** stated they were doing what was best for Hapo and that my grand mother and I should sign up for benefits or welfare, it was appalling. Clearly Hapo is using her money for their own financial gains and cannot produce her funds as they have misallocated their own funds under gross negligence.

I contacted **** Credit Union *************************** about fraudulent activity on my checking and savings account that I noticed after I was informed by a merchant that they had received a *** check back to them that I had written on this same account. I check my balance daily, and I wrote that check based on what the mobile banking showed me was my balance and was what my own records showed as my balance. When I received that call from that merchant, I went back to my mobile banking app with **** and found that there was a fraudulent charge on my account for the amount of $179.98 to some merchant that I do not know or have had any business with. I called the **** ***** number and had to wait for quite a while until someone answered. When the person I spoke to answered, I could not understand her due to her mumbling and her voice sounding like she had just gotten out of bed and was not awake yet. Then supposedly her computer was slow to respond so I had to wait on that also. When I told her why I was calling about the fraud charges I was reporting, she did not listen to my questions and did not provide me any assistance in getting this situation resolved. When that fraudulent charge was deducted from my account that caused the check I had written to bounce and I incurred the *** charge also that **** attached of $28.00. This was not due to anything I had done because I am very aware of my finances due to buying a home after losing my home in a house fire last month.I want all that money returned to my account as in the $179.98, the *** charge of $28.00, and I also want an explanation as to how this keeps happening with this **** account. I have had to get a replacement card multiple times because of fraudulent charges. I am on the edge of closing my account and looking for a bank that can treat me with respect and be careful with my money that I am entrusting to them to keep safe.
