I started going to cesar tugade beauty school about 6 years ago, in which he stated in the beginning that he will teach me and offered me payment plan, I atended every day as we had discussed prior to sign up, the grand total was $2,500 this was extremely affordable for a young man working a part time at the moment, he saw that as an opportunity to make quick cash, after everyday that I atended cesar would say just watch and never took time to actually teach me or talk to me about what he was doing, he told me to assist him in clean up and everything he didnt want to do or when he had too many customers, he would tell me to wash hair (unsupervised) so that he can keep cutting hair and doing services. I eventually got tired and ask after 7months of that if he can actually teach me and take the time out his day to do so, i told him that i would come anytime including weekends, but he just said yes and never did schedule anything after I pressured him if we can set something up. He just kept telling me to come which I did, but till this day He hast thought me anything, about 3 years ago he said he needed me to graduate and take the test because some department was warning him about what he was doing. He did and told that ****** site to take the test was not open for 2-3 years because of COVID. I waited and just recently about 10 months ago he told me I just had till the end of this year(2022) to take both test in which he didnt prep me or teach me to properly achieve that. I did attempt the Written exam and failed. He said he would teach me but never did. And he kept going on weeks to months long vacations. He clearly didnt have time for me and i asked him if he could refund what I payed him since he never spent time with me or taught me, and kept on avoiding me and cutting a clients hair. In which at that point i wished him the best and told him i would get help to resolve this issue. Also si that this does not happen to anyone ever again. Thank you for reading
