I was on an auto-subscribe to receive deliveries of kombucha. In January, I didn't receive my order but was charges. I then got an email that the person was sick and that they also could no longer do deliveries. As I am never in ******* (I live in ********) I let them know to cancel my account. They did not charge me for several months, now they have charged me 3 times. 7/7, 7/22, and 8/15. With the January charge (that I didn't care about at the time) I have now been charged $33 four times with no product. I have emailed through their website and left voicemails with no response. My first contact with them was after the 7/7 charge. I don't know what else to do to stop the charges. I have attached the email where they told me they would no longer delivering and the first email I sent. The two other emails I tried through their website so don't have record.
