I ordered something from Amazon on Aug 14 2024, but I haven't received it yet (Today : Nov 18 2024). A week after ordering, I texted 4 times to the seller to let them know I hadn't received the item, but I didn't get a response. I also complained to Amazon's customer service center and sent incident reports three times (January 1st, February 2nd, March 3rd) to the Amazon customer centre, but in the end, they said they couldn't give me a refund because 60 days had passed since I ordered. I paid for the item and haven't received it, but they say I can't get a refund after 60 days. What is the standard for 60 days? Do you calculate the number of days based only on the result, not including complaints filed with the seller or customer service center after 2 weeks of ordering? I think it's natural to get a refund for items that haven't been received after 120 days, not 60 days.Review from Laurin G

It is happening more and more where my husband and I are not receiving our packages due to delivery date keeps getting pushed out, and then days later we get a notification that the package has been lost. What is going on? I can understand if this happens every once in a while, but its happening often. If Amazon says a product or item will be delivered the next day and you pay the extra $2.99 to have it delivered between 7am-11am the next day, that is what we expect and paid for. If they cant promise an item can be delivered the next day, they should NOT be stating that it can on the product or items listing. And its always something important that we pay extra to have it delivered the next morning. Its getting out of hand and we are very close to closing our Amazon accounts.Review from Pj A

I no longer can rely on this company because you can end up getting stuck with contaminated food products or other defective items without getting a full refund. They make it so difficult to return or seek a refund that many give up because it takes too much time. Some customer service managers may hang up on you or can’t speak clearly. You also have to make sure they don’t charge you for items you returned. Amazon should be investigated because i think they are defrauding its customers.Review from Sagi A

Used a gift card that just cancel all my order didn't call they didn't try to understand or figure out if something is wrong just cancel. It said something about terms and condition Now I need to be on the phones being special emails with special departments to send them my receipts to make sure the stuff I bought was me and so on Pretty much ridiculous and I don't know how that's legal to do that. You pay the money you do. Those things to shop on your account is accepted and then they take it away and tell you you go figure things out. Contact us Chase us send the stuff after you're done everything already with no calls. Not even trying. They're just putting the word terms and conditions an improper way To handle things, it shouldn't even be legal Pretty sure it's not the way the done it So again big corporations and shame on them if there's any investigation happening. I hope this will show the business practice. That is completely irresponsibleReview from Chris F

I set up an Amazon-made-device (Fire Kindle Tablet) for my 82 year old mother and after setting up her Amazon account the tablet refused to access the appstore giving us an "Amazon Services are temporarily unreachable. Please try again later, or connect to a different network" message.3 hours later, after absurd AI prompts that are totally useless, customer service chat that is embarrassingly primitive and not helpful, I finally reached a human at Amazon customer service. It's impossible to call them so they have to call the customer. Absurd. After two agents, I finally was sent to *********************** No help from the 'experts" there. The customer service **** could barely remember my issue while I was dealing with them and I was reading an Amazon made error message to them. In the end, it was determined that no one had a clue why this specific error message was appearing, even though the message was an Amazon message. ***. I've had other confounding exchanges with Amazon customer service **** related to missing items etc, but in the end, they never have real solutions. Sad.Review from Camille E

I have spent thousands of dollars on Amazon. They used to be so great and their customer service was flawless...now you just get hung up on. The membership fee was supposed to guarantee 2 day shipping. Now it takes up to a week for your items to be shipped. Last month, I ordered about 20 or so items. One of them was missing. I have made weekly calls, talked on chat and filled out 5 incident reports. They have told me that every incident report that filed was incorrect...how convenient. They have treated me with nothing but disrespect and as if I were trying to steal from them. Why would I go through this much bs for a $33.00 item. They have refused to return my money and refused to send the item to me stating that I need to file another incident report...because the previous 5 were wrong. Clearly, I am too stupid to figure out how to do it. Though Amazon cites a different thing wrong with the form each time I talk to them. Or they claim that they never received them. At this point, I will just have to cut my losses on the item. I assume that I am not the only person they are doing this to. It is as good as theft as far as I am concerned. I have canceled my membership (there is no guaranteed 2 day shipping anymore anyway) and will never use them again. I would rather pay more money elsewhere and be treated well. And they aren't the only ones who sell the products they offer. Amazon and Mr. ***** have gotten a little too big for their britches and need to remember who made them larger than life in the first place. Their customers! Shame on you **********************.Review from Victor R

**** G Managing Director - ***************Oct 31 ****** R sent the following message ************************* non delivery of goods, denied a refund cheque Good morning ****.I recently was notified a package of 24/Ensure Clear mini cartons would be late. I was initially assured as expected, a refund if not delivered. While on line I noticed I had an unused since 2012 Amazon.com account and thought that was a sitting duck for criminals. So I went on CHAT and requested it be closed down but to make sure that my ************************* account remains active (both US and Canadian accounts use the same email address as a User Name, just different passwords to access. I stated I was currently waiting for a delivery from *************************) I was assured that if if non delivery occurred my refund was safely in the works. What did the Amazon ***resentative do? *** closed both accounts. Next day: Apologies ensued; I was told to restart a new ************************* account with the same email address just use a completely new password. I did this with success. And I have the same BMO Debit/Credit Card as before on file. The phone conversation temperature escalated as the ************************* *** stated I cannot get a refund now. The amount is over one hundred dollars CAD I know you will agree that simply, non delivery of paid goods means a refund in full. If ************************* cannot use my debit credit card a cheque must be issued and mailed to me.Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated. Also you know no one now can determine if the late case of product is still on it's way to me. This might be an easy solution... receive delivery of the ********: 24/case Ensure Clear in Mini Cartons not bottles Order # ***-xxxxxxx-5829851 from VirVentures Bxxxxxx8CSF about Aug 30, 2024 Please issue a refund cheque and mail to ***** delivery of goods, ************ has not responded and delivery company has not responded.Review from Gary G

Double charged for Amazon prime for over a year totaling to ****** for same household. Hard to cancel subscriptions, deceptive practices, sticky enrollment without clear notification, cancellation and list of subscriptions buried in submenus, no email line to write a detailed description of problems, simplistic AI text bots that just move you around on the page until you get frustrated and give up. Give one star because the system will not let me give 0 stars.Review from Disgusted C

Kept charging my bank account and sought other accounts to charge. I am disgusted with them not to mention the bot we have to speak with only to speak to someone who cannot pronounce words with clarity or fluent english. They assaulted two money accounts of mine only to make me feel like I was the bandit here. You can't make this up. Disgusting Amazon just disgusting.Review from Randy L
