We recently purchased ("on-line") a GMC-800 Radiation Detector/****** Counter, which I had some questions on. There was no company address or phone number listed on the box which it came in (and which I found to be very unusual!), but indicated that any questions should be addressed to a *********************** (email address: ************************* I have since sent two emails to ************** quite some time ago, but he has failed to respond to either email. Can I please get someone from GQ Electronics to contact me, so that my questions may be answered? Thank you.Business response

This complaint is strange and weird, as our contact details are printed at every quick start guide booklet (this is supplied in every product package) and website URL is printed at outside package.
Besides above mentioned, there are a lot of ways to contact us.

I am rejecting this response because: Complaint is NOT strange or weird (the company comment of which is insulting!); what "IS" strange & weird is that the product was received without an address or phone number listed anywhere on the packaging. I would be happy to send them (or the BBB) all of what I received, which contained no contact information 'other than' an email address ************************** which indicated that any questions should be submitted to that person. So why didn't ************** respond as he was supposed to? Customers should not have to go back through Amazon or 'jump through hoops' just to obtain a phone number for this company, which is very unprofessional. I will attempt to contact them at the phone number provided, WHICH SHOULD HAVE READILY APPEARED ON THE PACKAGING, but I request that the complaint be kept open until the time when I have successfully gotten through to this company. They may also reach out to me at ************. Thank you.
