I have been trying to get thru to the **** site with no success. Have researched for phone number but nothing. The help support chat is a bot and just goes in circles and doesnt resolve any issues. I have been charged for service and have a free subscription this year thru my season ticket holder. Account rep has no information to help me they just direct me to the bot page. Very frustrating.Business response

Thank you for reaching out and we sincerely apologize for any confusion here. The **** membership is a new subscription offered this season through our partners at the league level, that each club helps support. The main FAQs for this subscription are posted on the webpage that was provided.While corresponding with this customer, our Account Representative responded promptly to assist and requested more specific information so we could best resolve. Knowing now that this is a refund inquiry, we do have a refund request form that we can provide here: https://support.nfl.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket/_form/_id=*************. They can enter their information using this form and the league will provide a refund promptly.
We are currently working with the league on additional support features including dedicated representatives to specifically assist with any subscription issues or questions. I purchased tickets to the Seattle Seahawks game on 10/16/2022. I learned after purchasing that the tickets are not eligible for resale. I then reviewed the Ticketmaster terms and conditions, which make no mention of not being able to list the tickets for resale to other fans. Attached are the emails I have sent to the Seahawks customer service. They have tried to argue that the tickets were sold directly through them, which is not true. I have also attached my Ticketmaster confirmation email, which proves I purchased the tickets through Ticketmaster and not directly through the Seahawks website. I have also attached the Ticketmaster terms and conditions for your review. The outcome I wish to reach is the ability to list the tickets I purchased for resale to other fans on the Ticketmaster website. Thank youBusiness response

I purchased tickets to the Seattle Seahawks game on 10/16/2022. The tickets were purchased through Ticketmaster and when I completed the purchase, I agreed to the Ticketmaster terms and conditions. I later found out that the type of tickets I bought are not eligible for resale through Ticketmaster. After reviewing the terms and conditions I agreed to, I found no mention of this. The Seahawks are not willing to allow me to resell the tickets on Ticketmaster's website, because they state that the terms are located on their website instead. Attached you will find the Ticketmaster terms and conditions I agreed to when purchasing the tickets along with the receipt and my correspondence with the Seahawks ticket office.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
I don't recall that notice popping up. That isn't to say that it didn't, I just don't remember. Am I out of luck even though the terms and conditions (essentially a contract) do not state anything about ticket resale/transfer or agreeing to any "important notice" popups?

The important event information was clearly provided on the website at time of purchase and also sent via email confirmation. This ticket type is not eligible for resale, but can be transferred with delayed delivery starting 72 hours prior to the game. Our ticket terms state that all ticket sales are final. If you cannot use the tickets or utilize the transfer feature during the allotted time period,we will waive this on a one-time basis to cancel your order and provide a refund.Please confirm within 7 days if youd to cancel your order and we will proceed.
