I recently sent this business 4 buylists of cards, and selected to receive a check for each of them in the mail as payment since Paypal will not allow me to receive nor send money. The **** website shows that the checks were scanned in their system, but the mail never arrived at my house. I've messaged **************** twice - zero response. They now have over 300 of my cards (I checked the tracking, the package was delivered and the buylists were processed), but I have not been properly compensated for the cards I sold them. I was supposed to receive the checks on November 2nd - November 4th (according to the **** site; that's when it claims the checks were delivered but they never arrived). It has been over a week since they were supposed to arrive.I want to be paid for the cards I sent them. Otherwise, this is essentially theft and fraud - on the Federal level, since it involves the ****. Hopefully they will come to their senses and contact me to resolve this issue and properly compensate me for the cards I sold them.Card Kingdom Response

I have been buying cards from this business for years. Thousand and Thousands of dollars I have spent with this company. Never had an issue. My last 2 orders they have shorted me cards. It takes a month for them to fix the problem. Customer reps do not call you back. Too big to fail as they do not care about loyal customers. When I asked why a customer rep will not call me back...."well it was her days off." At least pretend that you care about your customers. Stop making excuses, look at the video cameras and find out why these cards are missing, fix the problem in a timely manner. I don't want to be compensated $10.00 credit, I just want the cards I ordered.Card Kingdom Response

Hello *****, Thank you for your feedback and for your business. I took a look into your most recent contact with Card Kingdom's Customer Support and it looks like they refunded you for the missing cards, to your original method of payment, within 48 hrs of receiving the list of missing cards. It does not appear all the missing cards are currently in stock, so the team issued a refund instead of waiting to do a replacement. My sincere apologies that is not the resolution you wanted. You've mentioned here that you were shorted cards on another order; I'm sorry to hear that. I'm not seeing any additional contact into our Customer Support team about missing cards. They'd be happy to resolve it for you, if you reach out to them via support@cardkingdom.com I'm sorry we fell short of your expectations here and I hope that we can work together to serve you better in the future.Customer Response

Thank you for the response. However, that won't help when my son does not get them for Christmas. So right now, I have no cards and no refund. The lack of caring to look into it is what gets me. I ordered these cards 12-7-22,they were shipped were shipped 9 days later and, in my mailbox by 12-19-22. I opened the package and called your company that night. 3 cards were "due to inventory error, this order has been adjusted and refunded for missing cards. Thank you." marked on invoice #******** 12-16-22 06:52:27-They have yet to be refunded on my purchasing CC. 11 cards were missing on the bottom of the list. Could someone pull these cards from a different set and get them out to me priority? Been a hero for Christmas? Yes, they could have but decided not to. It's easier to shrug our shoulders and come up with excuses why they would not call me back. Stand up as a business and say we messed up, but we fixed it for Christmas. You have not FIXED anything. As for the prior order, it was fixed. A MONTH after I contacted customer care. Refer to order ##********. I ordered an Ancient Copper Dragon. and was given a different c*** dragon instead. No biggie right. fix the problem. No, it took her a week to look into it. No call backs. I had to hound them. Then 2 more weeks before it shipped. Let me say this also. I love Card Kingdom. Maybe hey, let's make this right and take care of this guy, he spends a c*** ton of $$$$ with us. I have better things to do then type this letter. I just want the cards I ordered, when they showed available on your site, put them in my cart and paid for them. The cards I purchased are not magically "gone" and I'm not going away until you fix it.Review from Autumn B

Card Kingdom gave us a $600+ estimation for our cards, and then refused to pay us, instead giving it in store credit. We don't play Magic, so they've essentially stolen our cards. We can't even get them back. These people are thieves.Card Kingdom Response

Hello, We apologize for this experience. Payment methods are selected at time of check out and for your order #******** Store Credit was selected. You were also notified of the selected payment type in the email you received confirming your order. Our Customer Support team can change a payment method on an order if requested, prior to payment issuance. However, if the payment has already been made, we are unable to change the payment from store credit to cash. This is because, under federal law, known as the FinCEN regulations, Card Kingdom is not permitted to convert store credit balances to cash. These regulations are mandated by the US ********** of ********* These regulations are in place to prevent money laundering and the funding of terrorism. You can view more information about this here as well: https://cardkingdom.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/3000114536-i-accidently-chose-the-wrong-payment-method-can-i-change-it-We do apologize that we were unable to accommodate this request for you.Review from Nonya

They may be good if buying from them, but do not sell cards to them. Their grading department rips people off, minimum 25%. Mint condition cards (when shipped) they downgrade & if you ask for more they might toss you $20 credit, they won't give more. Ik I asked, multiple times, when they downgraded my city in a bottle which they were already getting for a steal. If you request price list before finalizing they will return anything below NM condition but will not change pricing. It's complete bs for a business to do this. I've played mtg since beta people, for the love of gaming, please don't sell to these people.Card Kingdom Response

Thank you ****** we always appreciate feedback from our customers. Card Kingdom sells cards at the same grade that we buy them at (this is done automatically and electronically in our system during grading) so it's in our best interest to assign the card the correct grade at time of purchase. Of course, its a fine line between keeping both our sellers and our buyers happy; if we grade too tough this would hurt sellers, but if we dont grade tough enough our buyers will return cards and be unsatisfied with the condition of the cards were selling. We try our best to find the balance between these two groups, but unfortunately sometimes we're not able to hit the ****. My apologies that we were unable to provide you a satisfactory experience.Review from colby m

sent them a Showcase Sorin The Mirthless card from Crimson Vow. i opened this card on stream and it was immediately double sleeved due to the rarity. i hesitated on selling it but i saw Card kingdom was gonna pay me $195 for a near mint (which it was). So i sent it with the terrible packing requirements they have. Asked to be notified once graded before finalization, they graded the card at LIGHTLY PLAYED and said they were paying $146 for the card. This is why i highly suggest never doing business with these guys, they are just out to scam everyone so they can make more money while not giving you what you deserve. so now they are sending "the card" back that has scratches on it which i knew what i sent did not have scratches. this company is just a huge scam and out to take advantage of people that worked and paid for their collections. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYCard Kingdom Response

Thank you for this feedback, ****** We do our best to assign grades to cards when they arrive using our grading scale published on our website. Unfortunately, pack fresh doesn't always mean "Near Mint," though you're absolutely right, some wear could have occurred during transit. Our Customer Support team has been attempting to work out a satisfactory resolution with you; I hope they will hear back from you soon.
