This business runs unfaithful practices. They allow certain people to have anything they want. This business is the owner of many games they develop. Most businesses have a code of conduct that they follow that sets a strict set of rules you must follow. This company discriminates and allows certain people to cheat. They have been given proof of the cheats and who is cheating and they do nothing about it.Initial Complaint

Ordered a firefly 2.0+ on January 7, 2022. Have not received the item or had any updates as to why it has not shipped. I have emailed them twice with no response to either email. I have called and waited on hold for hours with no answer. The item was shown to be in stock when ordered, but Cant get any information on order or even talk to anyone period.Business response

We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication, we have suffered some issues during a system integration that prevented us from accessing emails.
However, this customer was helped through chat, the order was shipped and delivered 9410811108004825311838 and we included an extra 10% refund to the order due to the delay.
