I have no way of contacting the business. I have reached out to their support email and never get a response. My order was never shipped and Im not sure how to contact the company to correct this as they dont responseCustomer response

Hello,
I finally received a response from Sin in Linen. They were going to cancel my order and then "all of a sudden" my order had shipped so they could no longer cancel/refund my money. I will confirm if I receive the item

Hello, yes. I received the item. I had requested the order be cancelled and to receive a full refund. The company agreed to send me a full refund, and then instead of providing me with a refund, the item was shipped instead (which at that point I did not want to wait any longer). This complaint can now be closed.
