Quick and efficient process from start to finish. Goodbill was able to negotiate on my behalf two hospital visits that saved me $550. I didnt qualify for financial aid per the state poverty level, however, both bills were significant in cost. Im very satisfied with this company. Transparent, efficient, and professional. Goodbill was able to knock my $845 ER bill down to zero. I tried negotiating with the hospital myself with no luck. One letter from them to the hospital and they dropped all charges. Not saying this will work this way for everyone, but if you're getting nowhere yourself, give it a try. Very impressed with the service. Email responses are quick.Review from Brenna M

Goodbill is doing great work for the world (and specifically for people who live in the ** and are forced to navigate the **************************************). They assign every client a specific case worker, so you are always only dealing with one individual answering any questions via email that you may have. I used them to dispute a $1,700 bill from a recent ER visit, and they successfully negotiated it down to $880 (if paid in full within 2-3 weeks of receiving the offer from the hospital, which we ended up doing). I, then, paid Goodbill $145 for their services. They were super responsive to my questions throughout the whole process and I am now recommending this service to anyone facing large medical bills!Review from PAYAM H

I can't say enough how much Goodbill helped me. I was treated kindly and with patience, not to meantion given extremely fast responses to every question/ concern I had. From the beginning they were supportive, they listened to the entire story of what I went through and why I didn't understand the bill I'd gotten. I was kept informed throughout the whole process but very little was asked of me overall. In the end they saved me Hundreds of dollars and so much stress and frustration in dealing with the hospital on my behalf. I want to reiterate how important it was to me that they immediately took me seriously and acknowledged how difficult this process is without help. Between deciphering medical and insurance codes to requesting forms I didn't even know existed or were available to me, their help was truly invaluable. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
