This company is the worst company I have ever worked with they have in fact made my mental health WORSE. They have no address. They told me that they are in network with my insurance but they are actually not. I have spoken with my insurance and they have not even heard of this company or have / had any contract with them. This company has charged me $119.72 on 10/31/22 without an email of a statement or a receipt, I only found out from my credit card statement. They also charged me $359.82 on 10/17/22 when I asked a question about the billing they just charged my card and sent me the receipt. They said they are working with my insurance yet my insurance has NOT had any contact from them. This company does not respond to any emails or phone calls, its a HUGE scam of a business. The therapist that works for them is the only person they will respond to so he is advocating for me. The co founder of the business even LIED to him and said she reached out to me when she has NOT. This business is non responsive and very unethical in their billing practices.If I wanted to ruin my mental health more I wouldn't have even bothered seeking help. This business is falsely advertising being in network with a insurance company who has verified they are NOT in network. This business also told other businesses such as Quartet that they are covered by *****, however, ***** has absolutely NO record of any contract with them. They are advertising they are in net work with ***** and I even have an email of them stating they are in network with *****. Yet I keep being charged this "out of pocket" fee with no warnings. If I knew this was NOT in network I would not have used the service. I only found out after FOUR sessions and saw my insurance claim. They have ignored all requests for their ********* ID number that ***** was requesting & a copy of the contract. This has been an unresponsive uphill battle and I am ******. I was advised to report to BBB and the state health department.Customer response
