Ill save you a lot of money. They are not worth your time. They lack details to your yard, never respond back when you have concerns and leave a mess all over the sidewalk and driveway with fertilizer. Not worth it, use someone else.Review from Michele G

Was given a sales pitch, results did not match. Promised results on gnats when product doesnt even kill gnats (we paid extra for this service). Poor communication between office and application team, missed several areas of treatmentMULTIPLE TIMES. Instead of discussing with customer did an unfavorable treatment, excluding weed killer due to weather, instead of rescheduling, which resulted in MORE WEEDS. Killed areas of grass and didnt kill areas of weeds. Avoided my texts and calls, and did services I did not authorize and then charged me. Spoke to a manager and a suprivisor that did nothing but provide excuses for their products and staff. 10/10 would NOT recommend.Updated. Company commented on my review to email them. I emailed them, got no response, its been 2 weeks.AND they deleted my review off their website.Review from Francine H

Im not sure how this business has been in business for 76 years. They bought out our previous service provider and weve had horrible service since. They used roundup to take care of weeds in my backyard and the portion of my hibiscus bushes in the front that face the yard are now dead from them doing veg management spray. So not impressed. Not to mention the invoice left at the door doesnt match what they have in the computer as the customer copy.Review from Britt D

If I could give zero stars I would, this company DOSE NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HOME!!!!!!Customer beware, I DO NOT recommend ********************** for your lawn/tree or any care for that matter Their sales people (***** in this case) will talk you into circles, and then charge you above and beyond for the services you asked for. They will mention the cost of a SINGLE treatment without telling you it needs to be done multiple times, then when they charge you in full youll be paying for 5x that and at the end of season they double up the service and do them at the same time, on what planet can you provide a lawn service (like fertilization) double up and expect the same results? This is only done so they can charge you for two treatments at once, then good luck ever getting scheduled or a complete service in general. If you arent babysitting the people they send out, they will walk around, plop an advertisement on your lawn then leave with no services rendered.When you call to complain you will get a call center that has no ability to help you and dont get me started on asking for a receipt because even that will be delayedthen when you ask for a refund they will tell you it takes 10 days, wont provide any proof of the refund and you just have to sit and wait and hope it arrives. We supposedly were 7 out of the 10 days for a refund of services they over charged us for, and when we asked to cancel in full we are now told we will not be getting the first refund (hmmmmm probably because it was never processed) and have to wait an additional 10 days for a full refund, interesting if you process the first refund why would it be void for the second to be done?? I will update this review after we have received our refund with the time it took and if it was the correct amount.I cannot let them take advantage of any more people, only their sales people will tell you what you want to hear, they dont hire anyone competent to actually do the servicesgood luck ?????Review from JoAnne W

Senske bought out Washington ******************* which I had for years. They were great but not Senske. I always prepaid for my lawn services with WA *********** so when Senske took over I continued. What a mistake! They switched the period from annual to a September to September or October (not even sure because never notified). When I thought I was still within the time frame they had come out and then again about 3 weeks later. I was shocked they came out so soon again and then found out it was a new year. I called and they promised a supervisor would call me back. Never did! I wrote a letter to the company and sent it certified mail explaining all this. I know they received the letter but never responded. Then about a month later they sent another bill with finance charges. And to top it off, my lawn looks worse now than when they started. The whole lawn is ruined and it used to looked so good when Turf's Up and WA Tree did it. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I had read this before I let them take over.Review from Lynn N

ZERO STARS! Faulty ************ Remedy! The guy was using a broken apparatus and the liquid mix for the injections was pouring onto the ground. I suspect that, because of loosing so much of it on the grounds, the trees did not receive the dosage required. Previous 2 years, not a problem and the bugs were gone. These trees are shade to my deck. Can't get anywhere near them now and Senske will not respond to re-treating the trees. I have emailed and I have called, countless time. No response to emails and calls are always the same story - "It will take ***** hours to get a response". Well, it's been lots of those! NOT ANYMORE! TWO and 1/2 YEARS and they're are a train wreck. Faulty equipment, failed services (that you have PAID FOR on your AUTOPAYMENT PLAN) and you can't get a response, at all, over WEEKS. My message to Senske: Maybe y'all should stop the endless office parties and start taking care of your customers. Try answering the phones or the email system that you recommend "Many of our Clients prefer to send an email for a for a Quick Answer On The Go". You never respond to anything, actually. SENSKE SERVICES has no idea what one office is, or any area based service, is doing -- 'SENSKE MOTTO: Let's give ZERO customer response and outlook while we F-around and party while good customers become our former customers.' Looks like a good place to start a new landscape company. Somebody will.Review from David S

lawn care service stinks - my lawn looks worse than it did when they first started "servicing" my lawn - seriously. Their customer service is even worse than their lawn care. Their warranty is even worse yet than their lawn care and their customer service. They won't respond by email or telephone calls.They should, and probably will be out of business soon!!!!!Review from Jim P

Absolutely the worst!!!! I'm in the Seattle area using this company called Senske Services to spray my bamboo for aphid control. My neighbor told me that this guy comes for less than a minute of spray work. So I stayed home and timed the technician on his spray service... 30 seconds worth of spray time! Don't ever use this miserable company. They have been spraying my bamboo for aphids for a year and it looks worse than when they started! No response from the owner or supervisor to days worth of texts and pictures of the damage and response requests!! **************Review from John C

We had lawn service and weed control/fertilizer in our pasture. They killed 15 year old arborvitaes and trees in the pasture area. They promised they would make it right. Now it is spring. No replacement trees, unresponsive service, not a single credit or apology. Now their opinion is death by beetles. But only the trees in the area they treated are dead. Not the trees right next to the dead ones that didnt get their treatment. Horrible service. Completely ruined our landscaping and refuse to do anything about it. I did business with his company during 2021 and recently they came to my place for an application on my trees. They did not ask me if I wanted their services for 2022 and I would have said no if they had asked. I am going to change companies because their prices are too high. Now they are demanding I pay $159.05 for a service I did not order.They said their police is to automatically renew and not ask customers if they want their services. This is not a good company to hire. BE very careful before contracting with this company.
